Review 1：older facility, not really enough plugs for electronics (unfortunately a necessity for work). Don't like staying on the 2nd floor w/ no elevator :(

Review 8：The continental breakfast could have offered a little bit more variety, e.g. Waffle maker, fruit, maybe sausage. But if you want a bigger breakfast, go to a local restaurant.
Review 9：They offered military discount. Room was clean, spacious, comfortable, quiet. The indoor hot tub and heated pool were a great addition. Although the pool area was a bit small since not too many people were using it, we were able enjoy. Staff very friendly.
Review 10：Breakfast was very disappointing. No fruit or asst. pastries. Awful coffee. Not happy with no drinks allowed in the pool/hot tub area. A "plastic" cup of water would have been nice to take with me. Really out dated interior - need to replace carpet and update the look.

Review 50：The place is really nice, with clean hot tub facilities and friendly stuff. Breakfast is decent considering that it is included, and it is served early. Overall you get what you paid for and a little more. Definitely better service than other hotels that are equally cheap.

The breakfast was more than your average continental breakfast. The place was a little small, but well worth the money! The location was amazing as well!

They will charge you you $100 fee for a pet so beware and the facility is just plain dirty and money hungry. Ended up not staying it was so bad and they still tried to charge me.

Totally unsafe to balance a microwave on sink while heating up food. Heater was barely adequate. No lighting at all in the back part of the room. People at front desk were corpses that looked extremely bored and were not very helpful at all. I'd suggest New Summit Inn at this pricepoint, it's way cleaner and better. When I checked out the corpse said she'd tell the manager my concerns. Weak...

Maintenance man said they would be back at 3:00 to check us in.... -Coffee machine did not work. -Breakfast did not include any fruit. -Highway noise was really noticeable, but did quiet down around midnight. -Construction and fencing out front was not very inviting. -Staff did not know the location of several downtown events and restaurants. -Don't stay on the first floor- we were up at 5:30am when the people above us decided to take their showers!!

Except for the kind house-cleaners and a helpful man working the breakfast set-up, I was treated with indifference or contempt when I asked questions of the front desk. Smiling on my part was interpreted as suspicious behavior. Shudder. This locale (Silverthorne) is beautiful but I will not remember the front desk employees with fondness.
