Review 1：The room was a little dated and the showers water wouldn't get as hot as I would like or come out as much but still a very cozy room.

Review 9：We did not have a remote control and could not watch tv. We tried to get a hold of the staff but were unable to. Other than that it was a nice stay.
Review 10：We were in town to see crazy horse, so we liked that it was fairly close to it.
Review 11：This motel advertises free breakfast .... when we went down for breakfast the doors were still locked. Granted it was 6:30 but usually breakfasts start at 6:00. Also watch out for the parking lot stops as they are black topped over same as parking lot....trip hazard as I clearly found out. Loose indoor/outdoor carpet also was a safety factor. I feel this motel was a bit overpriced as it definitely needs repairs and maintenance......and breakfast as advertised.

Review 19：Room smelled musty, shower didn't work, even after we called, they came and said they would be there the next day to fix it and never showed up to fix it, and it didn't appear to be vacuumed at any time we were there..Discovered that the bathroom window was open and there were flies and other bugs everywhere because of this.

Review 21：Room design was poor with vanity, sink and mirror in bedroom. Outdated decor. Musty smell upon entry. Small room overall. No comfortable seating. No ventilation in bathroom/shower. Bed just fair. Front desk staff was indifferent upon our arrival. Worst thing was shabby, crooked, ineffective curtains in bedroom window and way, way too many exterior lights which left the room much less than dark after lights-out -- a big "minus" for me. Wouldn't have accepted the room but everything else in town was booked.

Review 25：I ordered a microwave and said it would be included but it took a day and a half to get it. The room was fairly clean until I dropped something on the floor and had to look under the bed, I notice it wasn't clean. There was tons of dust, food particles and small pieces of trash.

Review 33：Coffee maker but no coffee, sand on the beds, virtually no Wi-Fi signal (kept dropping), towel rack on the floor. The breakfast was... poorly laid out and there wasn't enough of the little choice they had to provide for the number of people there.

Review 60：You actually have to request and reserve a coffee maker for your room. We were there for three days. They "ran out" of coffee makers, promised us one for our room as soon as one became available, and we never did get one. For over $100 a night, I expected basic amenities.

When we came back to our room no one cleaned our room, emptied our garbage, made our beds, or vacuumed or cleaned our bathroom! We feel mislead by the computer blurb and really feel we should get our money back!!!

Not knowing this in advance may present a problem for some people.
