Review 1：when the hotel was very full, the breakfast staff was overtaxed and couldn't keep the tables and chairs clean after previous guests left.

I wished there was a small table next to the wall on the side of the bed without the drawer/phone. The cleaning crew got there rather late I the afternnons, and didn't leave a wash cloth for dishes, sometimes forgot to leave coffee/cups for the next day. Also, the air conditioner seemed like it really didn't keep up with our needs.

But the lady had no sense of humor and needed to be more friendly about closing on the guests who were enjoying the evening.

The breakfast room is large and they serve a full breakfast with eggs, bacon, sausage, waffles, toast, donuts, muffins, danishes, cereals, juices, coffee. They easily accommodated an early check in and gave us a choice of rooms. Customer service was spot on. Shaded area with table and seating for smokers was a nice touch too.

Review 70：This Best Western is a nice hotel but when I returned to my room after a very long day and wanted to take a shower I saw that the towels I had placed on the floor in the morning to be replaced had been Rehung and were still wet. they were also hung in a very sloppy manner.The window in my room had also been opened and I had not opened it myself. It was pretty shocking that these things happened. I also called down to the front desk clerk and asked him for a shower cap and he was told he did not know if they had any and it would take quite a while to find out. So overall I was disappointed in the customer service. I asked for a credit to my stay but it was refused. I cannot imagine hanging up dirty wet towels that were on the floor and without permission, opening the window and leaving it open in my room. It makes me wonder what else happened while I was gone. I will contact the manager again and ask for a partial refund for the inconvenience. Based on my experience I would not recommend this hotel

Review 72：Staff, breakfast, location. Easy to get to. Endurance House is close by. Great rate, paid total of $87 since I booked 8 months in advance. Others were paying over $200/night. Thought because of the rate, it was going to be dumpy hotel. Not so, been renovated since Best Western has taken over in 2015.

Review 79：The WiFi was free but the first room we were in had lousy reception. When I asked whether anyone else had a problem, the front desk staff put in a request for their IT guy to check it out. I was offered a room closer to the "tower", which was appreciated.

Individuals were poking at the toaster with a knife trying to make it work. The dining room was under staffed; no hot food; no bacon or eggs. No coffee or juice at one point. No tea bags...It was not like management did not know that the "house" was booked for the weekend. Management needed to hire additional kitchen staff so there would be two individuals in the kitchen cooking and at least one out in the dining area cleaning and refilling the juice, tea, coffee, etc...and clearing off tables. Very poorly run! Wi-Fi did not work well; very poor signal. No TV channel guide. We were there for 4 nights...when we left the toaster was still not working! How sad is that???

The pool is small but the hot tub was great at night. Never had any issues with parking and very close to the highway so easy access. With some construction still going on, the workers were pleasant and we not in the way.
