Review 1：The room I was staying in the bathtub was clog so it was hard to take a shower with 4 people in the room

Review 3：No vending machines. You can purchase bottles of water, soda, etc. from the 24/7 Gallery. I paid $9.00 for a bottle of water and 2 soft drinks!!! My advice would be to stop at a convenience mart or grocery store and stock up. Also, there weren't any convenient plugins for our phone chargers. Most motels now have docking stations in every room or bedside lamps with USB ports.
Review 4：The staff was very friendly. Room was great.
Review 5：Pool area appeared a little unkempt, not very welcoming. Air conditioning in building was too chilly though the weather was moderate and temps were in the 70s. Not the hotel's fault but there were tons of young soccer kids and families there for a tournament, not the ideal situation for the rest of us guests.
Review 6：With this chain we know that there will be consistency in accommodation style, decor, quality. Breakfast area was convenient and well laid out, food offerings were pretty good. The room was comfortable but not completely set up for 3 people that we booked at the outset so we had to ask for items from housekeeping which responded promptly.
Review 7：We were disappointed with Booking . com - you disappointed us . When we checked into the Hotel , they enjoyed the quality service at thidid not have my reservation ... I am the person who booked the rooms for 2 nights . You had one person's reservation ... My friend Paula had her room for 2 nights , my girlfriend & I whom were splitting a room for 2 nights had no reservation! We were there for the tennis tournament , the hotel was kind enough to give us a room for 2 nights . I can send you a copy of my reservation through Booking.com if you want to try to figure what happened ?
