Review 3：I would not recommend to use the lift in the hotel because of its defects - you can stuck in it. Floors from 1st to 3rd are not very comfortable for living - from one side there is very bad window view.
Review 4：Qualified personnel, excellent buffet breakfast and dinner, qualified cleaning in rooms and lobbies. Good Wi-Fi in rooms. Drinking water on the floors. Huge opportunities for holiday activities - hikes, excursions, showplaces. It is easy to get from hotel to the sea - around 20 minutes by walk.
Review 5：It is partly an amusement parc so expect the hotel to be loud and the personnel to act like they serve customers at a crowded swiming pool. The room we had was facing the parking with floor-to-ceiling windows. Not very convenient in matter of privacy

Review 13：Неочень приветливые некоторые сотрудники, а именно старший администратор на ресепшене и администратор зала в столовой. Вышла путаница с бронированием. В отделе бронирования бронировали одни даты, у администратора при поселении - даты другие. Гостей разделяют по своим внутренним критериям. Мы с маленькими детьми отдыхали, как они называли: "посуточно". То есть просто оплатили проживание и завтраки. Были и другие отдыхающие, которые оплачивали дополнительные услуги (различные процедуры, поездки, обеды и ужины). Так вот к "посуточным" отдыхающим отношение более принебрежительное и невнимательное со стороны административных менеджеров. Здание гостиницы стоит на возвышенности, поэтому от улицы Ломоносова довольно круто и по плохой дороге надо подниматься вверх около 200 метров. С детскими колясками очень трудно и неудобно. В номерах витражные окна, на окнах только тяжелые темные шторы, если их открыть, то на улице все видно, не зависимо от того, горит или потушен свет!!! Видны вы сами в полный рост и все что твориться в вашей комнате! движение возле гостиницы оживленно-пешеходное, вокруг хаотические постройки, которые в курортный сезон густо заселены.
Review 14：Неплохая гостиница. Отдыхали не в сезон, поэтому цены за проживание были снижены. Приветливые и внимательные горничные. Номер класса "стандарт" неплохой, уютный, чистый. Все необходимое есть.
