Review 1：Everything was very nice, clean, quiet. Breakfast was more than expected and when i needed cold medicine it was available along with complimentary pain medicine, awesome.

Review 2：That your staff was cleaning my room when i didnt even check out and not even close to check out time, they had items on their cleaning cart which made me and my guest very upset.

Review 4：The 2nd day we were there, the hotel literally tuned into a mad-house with a ton of kids! I picked this hotel because it had a Jacuzzi (we were there for softball tournaments and my husband likes to soak after his shower) but when we returned from the games, there were so many kids all over the place, dripping water puddles everywhere and eating popcorn in the pool & Jacuzzi! Needless to say, it was an expensive weekend stay, no Jacuzzi for my husband and just total chaos.

Review 5：The last night we were there, I asked for a late check-out (as I always do) which I usually get anywhere between 1-4pm. The girl at the front desk told me she could only give me a 1pm check-out and I requested a little later and she refused. I was angry considering what we had to deal with that day and the ton of crazy kids running around the hotel. However, about 2 hours later, I received a call from the manager who offered us a 4pm check-out which really made my day! This was our first Drury stay and before that call, it was going to be my last. I know the hotel can't control who reserves at the hotel but that call truly made a difference.

Review 6：The staff was, extremely, friendly and helpful! DeJuan took the time to print out directions for us while he was, diligently, working during a busy breakfast! Other kitchen employees went above and beyond to throw away our trash and get any other items for us! Renee, one of the managers, was so sweet and, to top it off, the front desk attendants were SUPER NICE to my young son! Obviously, I'm very big on customer service and they, really, exceeded my expectations! FANTASTIC!

Review 7：I enjoyed coming back to the room in the evening and being able to easily get a soda without having to locate change for a soda machine. The staff kept the tables neat at breakfast by readily removing used dishes with a friendly demeanor.

Review 8：The room was very dusty. The furniture was stained and worn. An oldcondom was stuck to the bottom of our lamp. Our whole family was bittenby bed bugs. We videoed and photographed a live bed bug. We captured abed bug to show to staff. We were offered a can of bed bug killer by staff-we videoed this encounter as well. We had to be relocated to anotherhotel. The Hawthorn suites by Wyndham paid for the cost of our stay atthe Doubletree down the street. We got very little sleep and nobreakfast. Our weekend and my 17 year olds birthday was completelyruined. A real live nightmare!

Review 14：Most disappointing was the breakfast experience, so much so that my second morning I declined to even attend. The food quantity cannot be faulted, but the quality overall was remarkably poor, with fatty undercooked meat posing as sausage, heavily diluted waffle batter, and both cold milk and hot coffee machines unreplenished as required. The staff in charge was either incompetent or inadequate for the demand and was overwhelmed by the sheer volume of people in attendance on a Monday morning. In a modicum of fairness however, the vast majority of ill dressed, slovenly, poorly groomed, disgusting patrons pushing and grabbing was depressing, a most unappealing experience the hotel may be unable to control when unmonitored children are running amock while parents are eating like locusts or else pushing and shoving to refill multiple plates.

Review 16：When we came back to the room after the All-Star Game, we found our room had not been cleaned & we had no fresh towels. However, the front desk addressed it immediately with a very sincere apology.

Review 24：I don't believe the sheets where changed prior to our arrival. I felt dirty sleeping in the bed. Plus we had one of the shared rooms and they had little children in the other room that all evening kept trying to open the shared door. It was distracting.

Review 31：The rooms are nice, but the sheets in the beds were yellowed and the pillowcases had tears. I felt like they weren't clean so I slept on top of my own blanket. The room also smelled stuffy and a little off.

On this particular weekend we were traveling with friends that usually stay at a different chain of hotels, but we have "converted" them after our stay at this Drury. This location was especially nice, and the staff was very friendly. I even made a point to seek out the Manager to let him know how much we appreciated the Hospitality. Keep up the good work!

Review 33：one thing. in the dining area i found a cockroach scurrying along the wall. where there's one... Drury needs to get on this one fast because it'll become a huge problem in a very short amount of time.
