Review 1：There was a customer there that was outside below my room most of the night drinking in the parking lot listening to music with his truck doors open. The guy working the desk on that I didn't receive an invoice under my door the night before. Also if no one tells you, the night before your scheduled check out they leave the invoice under your door. I didn't know to look, may have missed it, but I didn't see it and they were a little questionable about why I was needing them to print it again... Either Way I would definitely stay there again.
Review 2：Friendly staff was working the counter when I arrived. Location was the best I could've hoped for. Room (410) was clean and had a great view of the soccerfield next door

Review 6：Room wasn't ready at 4pm upon arrival. Had to wait 45 minutes. Coffee is weak and, well, just bad. But most hotel coffee at mid-price chains is equally terrible.
Review 7：Weeknight dinner reception is very handy. Breakfast/Dinner food is "just ok" for hotel food, with complimentary basic wine/beer in evening. Self-serve waffle maker at breakfast bar is appreciated. AirCon was super and responsive to adjustable thermostat. Our 3 room suite had separate controls, perfect for separate comfort levels. Pool and hot tub clean and decently shaded in morning and later afternoon.
Review 8：The pool was too cold. I spoke with the manager several times. They said it was supposed to be 82. I know it wasn't. Also, free weights would be nice to have in the fitness room.

Review 10：Due to the location of the hotel being so close to the highway it was hard to sleep due to the noise of all of the traffic.

Someone had spilled a drink that splashed on the wall next to the bed and had not been cleaned up. One lamp and overhead light in the bathroom were not working, maybe that explains bathroom not being very clean. This may sound silly but they have horrible toilet paper, it's worth it to bring your own!
