Review 1：The water in the bathroom was not very hot.
Review 2：Very accommodating staff, very low cost. Attached restaurant/cafe. Excellent breakfast with large variety.

Review 6：bad condition of the lighning - I had to walk upstairs in total darkness, the bulbs were damaged. Wifi not working. Too noisy in the night, no noise barrier and young couple in the next room had a party. No lift. Parking place too far. Staff was like "who cares".

Review 10：Although the room and bathroom were clean there was a lot of hair from previous guests in the bathtub drain which was disgusting. Rooms are not good isolated. You could hear conversations from the room next door and from the winter garden outside the room.

Review 12：We had a split level room which was nice but after having to walk up all those stairs then another set just to get into bed can probably be a bit much for some people.i suggest if you have problems with a lot of stairs ask for a lower floor. Wi Fi was free only in the bar.

Review 14：Duplex room 23 is a bit awkward to maneuver in, but bedroom and bathroom was great. Note that wi-fi is only available in the reception and courtyard area but it is nice sitting out. They offer ethernet connection in room, but ours did not work.
Review 15：This is a lovely, quaint pension, with excellent staff. The rooms are comfortable and quiet. There is a terrace upstairs and a lovely courtyard downstairs, great for relaxing or having a drink or snack. The included breakfast was very complete, eggs, meats, cheeses, yogurt, fruit, breads, salad. The staff is very eager and pleasant. They go out of their way to be helpful.
Review 16：The staff was very kind, friendly and helpful. The rooms were really luxurious and stylish. We didn't expect to have a breakfast - it was simple, but delicious. We were very surprised by the quality for that price. From now on, this will be the only place we stay at while visiting Trencin.
