Review 1：They called me 2 days before to increase my rate that I booked to almost double. Didn't let that happen so the lady was not happy upon arrival, I could feel that my family and I were not welcome.

Review 3：The bed mattress was very hard and uncomfortable. The bed cover appeared unclean and carpet need to be cleaned. The room, even though designated non smoking still smelled of cigarette smoke. The outside trash cans were messy and soiled ruining the hall way appearance. The heat source, a window type unit, was annoyingly noisy when operated. All dresser and night stand drawers needed to be vacuumed to remove debris.
Review 4：Price. Bathroom was clean.
Review 5：The sheets were obviously used before and had yellow spots. We were woken up by an 6AM dispute in the parking lot that lasted over 20 minutes, and involved screaming and a lot of menacing words. In addition, WiFi and TV channels were not available "until Monday".

Review 10：Spent 3 nights there for the Hollister 4th of July motorcycle rally. We spent a lot of time in Hollister and rode to Monterey one day. However, the one evening that we did spend there was quite interesting. As we sat outside with friends, it became obvious that the room next to us was rented by the hour! We watched 4 'couples' drive up, go straight to 'the room' (never went to the office to check in or out). As soon as they left, another 'couple' would show up! The owner/operator would go to check on the room in between. We did see him change the towels -- never saw him change the sheets! Thank goodness that was the last night. Very happy to leave early the next morning!

Review 12：Ants in the bathroom. No soap shelf in shower. Shower-head not adjustable. No complimentary shampoo or conditioner. Only 1 packet of coffee. TV remote did not work properly. 1 key card for us (a couple) Had to pay for ice. Had to stand on chair to adjust the air-conditioner.
Review 13：It was a 100 degrees outside and we had to turn the air conditioner on. We had ants in the bathroom sink. Towels were small and we had to use ones we brought with use.

Review 15：Staff did not speak English very well. No place to gather after day was over. Turned pool into a garden. Room next to friends had multiple different occupants in a short period of time while we sat in room supplied chairs having beers.

Review 17：At arrival check in was not easy. I didn't want them to charge my card cause I thought booking.com did. The room wasn't cleaned the maid had a family emergency and left early. They called a family member at 7pm to clean my room, the room looked like it never had been dusted. Everything was stained really bad and gross, graffiti on chairs, bathroom window cracked, they have a stick to lock the windows, The next day when I arrived some of my stuff was missing. Argued with front desk she swears they don't steal but when she took me to clean/maid room, there was my personal soaps and our shoes. I was upset and she just kept saying its okay we found it. I told her that stealing. I told her NO more room service. Something kept biting us not sure what it was. People drinking outside til 3pm office didn't care. I had to go to Walmart to clean my room and disinfected it. Never again will I stay there. Rather sleep in my car.
