Reviews for Eldora Hotel
Review 1:Limited bar drinks (many drinks were only by the bottle). The buffet breakfast was just ok. Limited fruit and pasties etc. The lobby bar service closed st 1000pm
Review 2:Staff/ service.
Review 3:Absolutely nothing!
Review 4:Luxury and comfort - loved our room! Lovely ball and claw bath. Great pool and view from the rooftop bar. Loved the buffet breakfast. Try the Beef Ragu, freshly made pancakes and Beef Pho. Friendly and helpful reception staff (especially Phuong) - she investigated transfer options from Hue to Hoi An for us. And then arranged a US Army Jeep road trip for half the cost of arranging it ourselves. Highly recommended.
Review 5:We found the decoration a bit over the top - too formal - but the staff easily compensated for this.
Review 6:Warm and helpful staff, great breakfast, good location, very comfortable room
Review 7:Nothing
Review 8:This hotel was well situated and the rooms were spacious- especially the bathroom - and luxurious The staff were helpful and friendly and the pool area a dream We loved the extensive breakfasts- such a treat A really lovely place to stay
Review 9:Nothing!
Review 10:Without a doubt, Eldora hotel was the best of all 7 hotels we stayed at in Vietnam. Everything from room, facilities, staff, food, we would rate it an 11! Upon arrival we received a complimentary upgrade to a river-view room, but eventually we wanted to downgrade to our original booked panoramic corner room because it looked brighter. Our room was huge and luxurious; we loved the rain shower and the tub! Wifi connection was super strong since our room has its own wifi-router. The staff were so kind, very helpful and the service was impeccable. The 24-hrs room service did not fail us! Breakfast was delicious and the pool was just so pretty and fun!
Review 11:Indoor pool wasn't a great relief from the heat and we didn't even use it no where to sunbake - breakfast was okay - but the noise from the music every day across the street was very loud and annoying
Review 12:Massive room and lovely bathroom - location was excellent close to shops and restaurants
Review 13:Nothing.
Review 14:Hotel location near the Perfume River about 10 minutes. Nice and impressive room. Excellent breakfast. Wifi worked everywhere. Simple gym (just one treadmill and several stationary cycles). Best of all staffs friendly, helped us to book day tours that were much cheaper than a private car. The day tour came with a superb guide who has good knowledge of Tombs and Citadel. Another thing, his voice was loud and booming, very good in a crowded area!! Hotel staffs further assisted to get open bus tickets to Hoi An which is very comfortable and economical. Hotel location is near to Hue restaurant that serves Hue's specialities. This place serves mostly locals but foreigners are getting a hang that this is well deserving for delicious place. (name of the place is Hanh Restaurant).Only 3 minutes from hotel. Staffs more than willing to point out direction
Review 15:The hotel is only a year old but is starting to look worn in places already. The pool is nice but really cold
Review 16:The room was amazing, really well decorated and felt very luxurious, the bed was huge and really comfy. The staff were friendly and there was a great selection for breakfast.
Review 17:The health club is very small with few options, and not everything worked properly, but this was trivial in the scheme of our overall experience.
Review 18:Very helpful in procuring us professional guides and drivers with good english speaking skills on short notice. Also were terrific in making reservations for us, providing good dining advice and in general, incredibly helpful and friendly. Hotel is beautiful, breakfasts delicious, and the accommodations luxurious.
Review 19:Nothing..
Review 20:Good & friendly staff, great facilities with everything in working condition. Very prompt response & action from all staff levels. Recommended...
Review 21:One small negative point is the hot water was super hot, seemed hotter than a kettle and very dangerous, the tap became almost red hot after using it... I'm sure some people will get burnt from this...no need to have so hot.
Review 22:Hotel is very nice.. Staff are good... I suggest you ask the hotel to arrange a taxi to collect you $19 as the airport seems in the middle of nowhere and is 14km from the hotel. Arrived at 12am after being delayed eight hours... Very happy and surprised can still order room service, which was great as it's was raining hard and I'm not sure anywhere would be open in the town. Arranged a couple of trips by the hotel, the cost was very reasonable. All in all an excellent stay.... Just resolve the hot water and can be perfect.
Review 23:laundry, massage and drinks were so much more than other places around the area. especially laundry, they charge by item but if you walk 3 minutes you will find places charge you 30,000 dong per kilo. some sort of red stain (looks like blood) on bathroom curtain about 3-4cm long. bathtub tap was not working properly.
Review 24:clean, spacious, nice unique room. great view that you can see massive roundabout (we booked a room for panorama view) pool size. staff were reasonably friendly and helpful.
Review 25:The decor was not my favorite - a very over the top mock "roman" interior. There weren't any real doors separating the room and the bathroom.
Review 26:The staff was friendly and the rooms were very spacious
Review 27:The only bad experience I had is when the Chinese tour group or the northern Vietnamese join the breakfast lounge. They are loud, noisy and don't know how to act properly in public areas.
Review 28:I am really amazed with the professional ethic of all staffs I run across. They are very helpful and attentive to every detail. They go out of their way to make our stay a very pleasant experience to remember HUE, their city. I will certainly come back again without hesitation.
Review 29:The first room we were in had the lingering smell of cigarette smoke. However, this was dealt with and we were moved to another room that was much better. The pool was freezing.
Review 30:The decor. The hotel is beautiful and a lot of thought has gone into the design which gives an overall feeling of luxury and grandeur. The room was very large and the bathroom has both a big tub and a shower with good pressure and drainage. The breakfast was superb. It was a large and varied buffet and the Hue specialties, especially the bun bo hue was excellent. The staff (especially the lady) were very helpful, accommodating and apologetic for the issue we had for the first room we were in as well as the accidental room service charge on check-out. Everything was handled well and all our needs were met.
Review 31:Dinner in the hotel's restaurant was relatively expensive and one of the recommended beef dish was tough as leather.
Review 32:Very surprised to find such a luxurious hotel in this ancient capital. Staff were great, our room was well appointed and had everything to provide us with a comfortable stay. Would definitely recommend this property.
Review 33:Only issue was noise. Not sure if it was banging doors or what but there were loud and frequent deep vibration or something that did affect the quality of sleep. Still had a great stay.
Review 34:Hotel is in immaculate condition with nice bright rooms with everything you could need. Staff were very helpful and friendly and service was excellent. Breakfast was an impressive spread. The bar and pool on the top level was also excellent.
Review 35:The one thing that stopped the score being 10/10 was buying mojitos that had no rhum (local spelling) in them. But it was more a cause for a laugh than an annoyance!
Review 36:Foremost were the brilliant staff, most particularly Miss Quỳnh who went above and beyond the call of duty in helping us. The hotel is absolutely beautiful, the breakfast buffet was awesome and the location is excellent for the Citadel and other attractions. Looking forward to our next stay!
Review 37:I believe the bed room slipper were recycled as it is dirty and not wrapped in a plastic
Review 38:The location is great and the staff are friendly. Helping us to book the restaurant at Hue Ancient As well recommending places to eat and make my Ao Dai
Review 39:Loved everything!
Review 40:Loved the location, the luxurious rooms, the views, the excellent breakfast, and the wonderful staff. Miss Quynh organised an amazing boat trip for us on the Perfume River, and personally went to the train station to purchase our tickets onwards to Hoi An. The whole experience could not have been better.
Review 41:You basically cannot share the room with anyone else because of the see-through bathroom - the intentional design statement of some idioticarchitect. The pictures show that there is a glass wall between thebathroom and the sleeping area, with a curtain. I thought that wouldsuffice. What wasn't clear was that there's no door to thebathroom and just a gauzy, see-through curtain. How do you share thisroom with a business colleague or even your children??? The staffsuggested that I go to the bar whenever my roommate uses the bathroom! After enough complaining, they agreed to put up an opaque curtain. That made do, but even then, neither curtain blocked out the light. So even if you were sharing with a spouse or partner, if one got up to go to the bathroom in the middle of the night, the person trying to sleep would be flooded with light. The Eldora needs to bite the bullet and, architect be-damned, put in black-out curtains and real doors
Review 42:Everything about this hotel is superb and well above its current price, except ...
Review 43:The only thing was the pool, the water looked stagnant and it was cold.
Review 44:A beautiful hotel, the staff very friendly & very helpful. The breakfast was lovely with a good choice.
Review 45:Despite the hotel's beauty, my husband and I found it very austere. There was not much comfort and the staff, although very nice, did not seem to go the extra mile nor did they appear trained to help guests find places to go or eat other than the obvious tourist spots. It may be that the language barrier was the issue, which I would expect to have been less of a problem in one of the more expensive hotels in Hue. Finally, I found to food at breakfast incredibly lacking. The presentation was impressive, but I think the dishes they chose for the buffet were really not dishes that sat out for long periods of time gracefully. It was nice, but I would not go back.
Review 46:The hotel is gorgeous. It is enormous with plenty of marble and the rooms are very impressive. The nicer doubles have a beautiful claw footed bath tub in the room! There is plenty of hotel staff available and when I needed rush laundry the somehow managed to do it in an hour, which was greatly appreciated.
Review 47:The entire hotel smelled like stale smoke. The location is quite a bit further away from the Citadel than I expected - it took us about 20-30 minutes walking to get to the imperial city. I booked a "river view" room, but it was so far away from the river you could barely see it.
Review 48:Rooms are nice although the decoration is quite kitsch. Staff are really helpful, breakfast was quite good, and the location is close to the backpacker's area where you can find a number of bars.
Review 49:Front staff spoke acceptable English, Bartenders were terrible in their English skills (although far superior to my Vietnamese) and had a very bad attitude, almost like I was bothering them by ordering drink/food...gin and tonic is not gin and soda water. Boutique is no longer open, boutique is now located in glass cases in the lobby. Steam room not available....oh, rooms have a nice bathtub made of stone, however you could only fill up the tub approximately 8" b4 the hot water ran out. Tried filling using hot pot, but stone sucks out the heat much faster than you can fill the tub
Review 50:Location was excellent
Review 51:The gym is a very small room with no equipment. A bit far from the centre.
Review 52:Lovely stay. The room was wide, clean and bright. Very nice breakfast. Lovely pool.
Review 53:It's a grand hotel, the staff are more formal than we have come to expect in other hotels were they have been more friendly. However would still recommend as we thoroughly enjoyed the luxury.
Review 54:Very modern hotel, with excellent decor and room amienities. Breakfast was first class with a very wide choice. Good location
Review 55:The pool would be fantastic if the water wasn't that cold...
Review 56:Very friendly and helpful staff! Comfy, quiet and clean room with large bathroom. Large breakfast selection.
Review 57:Pool was icy cold
Review 58:Such beautifull hotel, the nicest I have stayed in ever! Staff fantastic room out of this world bed great ,rain shower and hand shower, enormous selection for breakfast, just fantastic. Location right in the middle from everywhere. Just brilliant!
Review 59:they do not changed your bed sheet everyday. they do not mop or clean the floor everyday. you will find some left over hairs from previous customer. could not manage to get a wine opener after 10pm as the restaurant is closed.
Review 60:luxury at an affordable price. breakfast has plenty of varieties but lack of ppl cooking.
Review 61:Personnel was a bit formal
Review 62:5-star experience for 50 euros per night Comfy bed (less hard then everywhere else in Vietnam) Spotless Huge breakfast buffet
Review 63:Nearly new hotel, luxurious feel, close to restuarants and attractions. Helpful staff, arranged train booking for us and airport pick up. Arrived early, but no trouble with early check in. NIce breakfast spread (4* quality). Hue is an interesting city worth spending a few days in. The Citadel is a highlight.
Review 64:The only negative I did notice was the fact that the staff did not know much about sights, where to get tickets, etc. But to have some room for improvement is always a new challange ;-)
Review 65:To be honest. this was the hotel with the best price quality relation I have had. and I stay about 250 days a year in hotels. The rooms are very art deco style with a very stylish bath tube. The breakfast is hard to beat in south east asia.
Review 66:Pool was too cold to go in - as this was a key reason fir booking we were disappointed. The staff told us it was cold but couldnt do anything to heat it. Unsure if this was a fault or just their policy.
Review 67:Super comfy bed and plush rooms. Brilliant breakfast - get involved with the French toast!
Review 68:Night room service was mediocre. Poor directions from front desk.
Review 69:Panoramic View Room was stylish, chic and new Bathroom huge and stylish with claw foot tub. Dining lots of options and delicious food. Amazing indoor pool.
Review 70:We obviously didn't expect the whole of Hue people to speak English but we did expect at least for the hotel staff to have basic knowledge of English. It was a huge struggle to book a massage session - the staff didn't even know what "to book" nor "lady" meant. The swimming pool was ice cold and the sauna was always off so I had to wait a long time for it to warm up. The steam room had a stench and I couldn't bear a second in there.
Review 71:The hotel was clean and modern. The staff were friendly. The location was also conveniently located and the river was close. The massages we booked were very good.
Review 72:This is more of a suggestion than a complaint. The indoor swimming pool was quite icy in January. If it could be heated it would enhance an already great experience, as the pool area has a magnificent view of the city.
Review 73:We had a wonderful time in Hue. The staff were attentive, polite and helpful. The bellmen were exceptionally ready to assist when needed. They set us up with a great tour of the royal tombs which was excellent value for money. The room, facilities and food were all superb.
Review 74:Room initially with 2 single beds instead of single queen bed.
Review 75:Incredible value and what an extravagant hotel.Stayed with my wife and another couple. Better value than Accor hotels such as pullman and novotel. Very friendly staff who speak good english and always hoping to please. Great location near good restaurants and shopping district. Rooms as per pictures on websites. Very comfortable and well appointed. Buffet breakfast included in price - we couldn't believe it. Couldn't have asked for anything more from the buffet breakfast. Hotel arranged a private car with driver to drive us around to some historical sites including the citadel and royal tombs. He could not speak great English but enough to share some interesting Tid bits about the sites and his first hand experiences of the war. Hotel could not arrange a tour guide on such short notice (10pm the night before) but we were happy enough. You will not be disappointed with your stay here. Highly recommended!!!
Review 76:Sometimes it gets a little annoying you can't move yourself without having two staff members running towards you to assist you with whatever. And the pool water is cold.
Review 77:We loved this place. The room was the most beautiful I've ever stayed in. And they saw it was my birthday and gave me pie. They also have a piano and let you print sheet music so you play. The location is great too.
Review 78:The impertinent staff member who took our bags to our room. After a 16 hour travel day from hell getting from Cat Ba Island to Hue. Being scammed by a taxi driver in Hanoi, being bumped off an overbooked flight, and worst of all my wife being having travellers sickness .... I did not "pay" the guy who took the bags to our room. When all I wanted was some medicines in the luggage to attend to my wife. He came up to me the following morning and told me "you did not pay me last night". How rude !!!!
Review 79:The hotel is very well located. The beds were super comfortable. It was a very luxurious hotel to stay in. The breakfast was up there with the best we have had whilst in Vietnam.
Review 80:the swimming pool is very beautiful but it is a pitty that the room and the water are too cold to swim the hotel should warm up the place and the water so that you can swim when the weather is not good
Review 81:big, nice room, beautiful furniture, clean bathroom friendly staff good breakfast birthday cake in the room
Review 82:This hotel was outstanding value for money. One of the best deals I got while travelling in Vietnam. The room was extremely spacious and clean, the bathroom was comfortable. Staff was great, they helped us organize a tour of the imperial citadel and Emperors' tombs with very short notice and on a holiday day (new year's day), with a private driver and a very competent young guide. They also arranged for us a most convenient transfer to Hoi An. Breakfast was plentiful and varied. Cannot rate their restaurant, pool and spa because we didn't have the time to use these facilities.
Review 83:The shower and toilet were in the same cubicle which is strange for a four star hotel .
Review 84:The staff went out of their way to have the zip of my suitcase fixed and returned the suitcase back to me. The room had character and was well decorated .
Review 85:If I am to be picky :) the fried rice was not cooked properly the 2 days we stayed.
Review 86:Everything. The room was fantastic. The decor stunning. Big and comfortable. Staff were very friendly - gave us umbrella to use. Breakfast was ok.
Review 87:We didn't manage to borrow an umbrella during the day, suggest preparing extra umbrellas for guests on raining days.
Review 88:Eldora Hotel was a real surprise for us. From outside it doesn't look much different to other hotels we stayed in Vietnam. However staff are extremely friendly and keen to help. Room layout was extremely well planned and decorated nicely. Spacious bathroom with a big and comfortable bathtub . Bed is also very comfortable. Extremely good for value, we did not expect this quality with what we paid. Location is good too, 1.5 K from the Citadel, we had a pleasant walk from the hotel, even it was raining. It is also very close to shops and restaurant and night markets.
Review 89:It's not easy for kids to control the temperature of the water with 2 taps. The bathroom floor is slippery when wet. Other than that, all is excellent.
Review 90:The staff are very friendly and efficient. The environment is very cosy.
Review 91:The design of the bathroom - this is a personal choice in that I would rather have a proper shower cubicle rather than 'wet room' style facility. Would like improved/dark curtain between bathroom and bedroom or remove the window, again this is a personal view and did not affect my stay which was excellent!
Review 92:New hotel well located within Hue. Large clean rooms, friendly staff, great value accommodation. Large buffet breakfast. Difficult to fault without being too picky!
Review 93:This is a most delightful hotel .... Friendly informative staff great location , with lots of eating experiences and shopping close by .. Fantastic indoor pool ... Well appointed rooms .. Best breakfast ever ! Most luxurious ......
Review 94:We staid at the Eldora toward the end of our 3 week trip in northern Vietnam. Looking at the pictures online and the price, I was sure there would be a catch, but the hotel was amazing. It was by far the nicest place we staid during our vacation, and as they were still in a "soft opening," it was quite the deal. They expect the prices to go up after the formal opening, but it will still be worth it. The pool is on the 14th floor, and it has an incredible nighttime view of the city. The hotel staff also set us up with a private tour of the city that made it possible to see multiple tombs and the Citadel all in the same day. You will not be sorry if you stay here!
Review 95:Laundry very expensive. Multiple slippery surfaces esp in rain (front steps and bathrooms) Odd bathroom set up with toilet floor getting wet Bath plug leaks so difficult to have deep bath.
Review 96:Bell boys charming. Pristine linen Responded quickly to issues- our hot water was cold so got fixed Upstairs bar pool would be lovely in good weather
Review 97:Sadly, the pool, whilst beutifil with amazing view, was cold and we didn't feel brave. Perhaps the hotel wasn't full enough. This was our only dissapointment other than having to leave after two nights without trying out the other facilities like spa and room service!
Review 98:Good location, we walked to the imperial city every day (recommend a bicycle though). Gorgeous bedroom, glorious bathroom, and those tubs... And limitless hot water in the rain shower. Amazing breakfast, in a luxurious dining room with vast tasteful buffet. Lovely porter. Great views from sky bar. Beatuful pool area. Whilst high for Vietnam, room service and restaurant prices very reasonable for a luxury hotel - $5-7 for a main. The nicest and most luxurious hotel I've we have stayed in, as more value oriented travellers - we saw this as great value despite being above our usual budget. Would recommend any young or budget travelers to consider splashing out in Hue to stay at this super hotel. For everyone else it's a no brainer.
Review 99:Everything! Great value for money. Great views from the pool and top level bar. Rooms are great, free upgrade to panorama view room and early check in. Luxury feeling for a nice price!
Review 100:Surrounding street was a bit under construction and the breakfast was not yet fully westernised
Review 101:We were given a most impressive room, and the service and staff were all excellent. Nice location handy for the citadel
Review 102:Loved everything about this hotel. The room was large and beautifully decorated. The bed was comfortable. Every staff member worked hard to be friendly and helpful. Good location with pleasant 15 minute walk to the citadel. We had a great morning having the indoor rooftop pool and patio area to ourselves, enjoying the sun and wonderful city views. Great breakfast, overall great value.
Review 103:Nothing, but if I knit picked it would be more coat hangers & storage, but really knit picking
Review 104:Everything, best hotel we stayed in vietnam, staff went the extra mile, quality of rooms outstanding
Review 105:Large rooms, beatiful decor, friendly and helpful staff. The hotel was still in the "soft opening" phase so were still working out some kinks, for example, I wanted to get a massage but when I went up to the spa it looked dark and closed. The girl on the desk said a masseuse was on the way but after waiting in the spa room on my own for 10 mins I decided not to bother. Few other small things like I would expect more towels and more toiletries in a hotel of that standard, just from having worked in 4* hotels in the past. However, these are small things, the overall standard of service was excellent, they called a doctor for me when I was sick, asked how I was feeling the next day and best of all noticed on my boyfriend's passport that it was his birthday during our stay there and brought a heart shaped chocolate cake to our room as a surprise! Would highly recommend.
Review 106:No bellboys when I arrived. Got all the way to the front desk before seeing anyone. You have to walk about 10 mins to decent restaurants and bars.
Review 107:Beautiful room with good view. Gorgeous bathroom. Good breakfast.
Review 108:Motorbike they rent you out from the reception was the worst one I've ever driven, shame they don't hold up to the level of service they have.
Review 109:Amazing service, delicious breakfast, nice facilities, one of the best hotels in the city.
Review 110:The room was absolutely amazing. There is a lovely pool on the 14th floor with great views over the city. Breakfast was really good. Would have paid double the price and still been happy.
Review 111:The hotel was a perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of Vietnam, beautifully decorated, the staff were very friendly and extremely attentive, fantastic breakfast, would definitely stay again!
Review 112:The hotel lacked a bit of atmosphere & didn't appear to have many guests Swimming pool was cold Decor seemed a little ostentatious which possibly created some of the issue around atmosphere
Review 113:Staff were great and were very attentive Room price fantastic . Location was also very good Upgraded the van from 7 seat to 12 for tour to Hoi An at no extra cost
Review 114:Absolutely nothing. Too bad we stayed only for 1 night.
Review 115:Staff was amazing, very very helpful. We only had time for half day in Hue and they got us on a private tour by car seeing 2 tombs and the Citadel. The cost was ok, around 35$ for the car. It is clearly a 5 star hotel, the room is fabulous and each room has it`s own wifi router. Breakfast is like a wedding festiveness with lots of things to chose from.
Review 116:Excellent service, friendly staff without being intrusive. New hotel with an olde world atmosphere, clean and very comfortable. Great value for money as in their soft opening phase, go while rates are reduced. Highly recommend.
Review 117:Everything. Hotel was amazingly clean, staff were incredibly helpful and nice. Around the corner from an awesome resturant called Hanh make sure you go!
Review 118:Not much, still a few niggles to sort out and staff inexperienced but this should only improve.
Review 119:Top class facilities with all modern comforts, spacious immaculate rooms and the probably the best breakfast of any hotel I've stayed at. Staff are friendly, enthusiastic and clearly professionally trained even though still inexperienced. We got a great deal as the hotel is having a six month "soft" opening.
Review 120:This hotel is pretty amazing. Should really be a 5 star. Location is good. Away from the hustle and bustle near the citadel. Would definitely recommend.
Review 121:The whole place seems lost In its pseudo magnificence. I have stayed in many nice hotels in Vietnam and this was def the worst. No personal touch, no recommendation, nothing.
Review 122:The comments on booking are way over the top. Staff seem lost or only doing things to get a tip. While the facilities are more or less what you see the place is still being finished which means constructions sounds too for example.
Review 123:Nothing. Everything was perfect!
Review 124:Everything was fantastic at this hotel. The staff, the swimming pool, the building itself, decoration, wifi... The rooms were stylish, largeand comfortable. We arrived around two hours before the check-in timeand they let us do the check-in for one room because it was alreadyavailable (something you hardly find in European hotels). The locationwas perfect to visit Hue. Breakfast was superb. I would definitely stayat this hotel. Congratulations to the staff and management!
Review 125:New hotel We arrive from Hanoi with the night train at 10 am and they kindly offer us an early check in ( we appreciate a lot the shower after the trip ) the buffet of the breakfast was really perfect . We have a very good feeling in the hotel
Review 126:This hotel is amazing. By far the best out of 10 hotels we have stayed in this trip. We wish we could have had the time to stay more. It is difficult to say what its best feature is. The luxury of the pool, the details of the bedroom, the quality of the restaurant (and its food) were all of at least a class higher standards. The pictures speak for themselves.I am sure the price will go up soon, (quite deservingly as well). So if you like a 5 star luxury for a 3 star price, this is your place in Hue. Even if you are on a very tight budget make this an exemption the experience is rewarding. the staff was excellent also.
Review 127:GYM was inadequate by western standards
Review 128:large fabulous room Staff were wonderfully friendly and helpful great value for money beautifully finished hotel and rooms
Review 129:Pool was quite cold
Review 130:The bed was amazing! Location just down the road from the main bars Pool we a nice touch We only paid £30pn so was amazing for the price
Review 131:This hotel is fabulous, one of the best we have stayed in. We had a corner room and the decor is very tasteful and the room is very large. The hotel it's very opulent and the staff are so lovely. Overall it's a wonderful place to stay and has spoilt us for the rest of our trip. Why would anyone not want to stay here?
Review 132:None
Review 133:We have stayed over 9 hotels on this trip from Saigon-Can Tho- Ha Noi- Ha Long-Danang- Hue- Hoi An-HongKong-Macau This hotel was the best in every aspects. I highly recommended this hotel.
Review 134:Two minor things. Though very nice, I wish the swimming pool were outdoors. And when we called room service to order food, no one picked up the phone.
Review 135:It was brand new — three months old. Totally opulent. Bath robes, luxurious furniture, comfortable bed. The staff was great. Good location. Delicious breakfast.
