Review 1：We had a large comfortable and clean room with lake view which we considered good value for the standard of hotel. The staff were very helpful and arranged help with our luggage.

Review 2：First room toilet seat had black footprints from shoes and hair on it and second room had a very small bathroom and the toilet wouldn't flush. Staff was great though and maintenance fixed toilet quickly.

Review 6：Wonderful room, but unfortunately we had a noisy group on the same floor who didn't quiet down until after midnight. The next morning, we skipped breakfast due to the long line. Picked up something to eat at a supermarket instead on our way out.

Moved indoors, air conditioner on the fritz, 3rd time lucky. Late checkout "policy" - 2 hours over, 1/2 day charge, 4 hours over full day. Refused to bend. Parking lot flooded when it rained.

Review 38：staff and maintenance was aware of lock problems on door, but problem was not fixed prior to reservation. Lock had to be jiggled repeatedly to unlock throughout the course of our stay. NOT SUFFICIENT for an establishment of this stature.

The pool looked really beautiful and hopefully next visit I will get to enjoy it. Didn't use any of the amenities.
