Review 1：We decided water parks weren't for us.

Review 2：It was a nice place. Perfect for younger couples with children. Our 6 yr old granddaughter had a blast.Hot tubs were nice.

Review 3：Tons of crabby employees at the water park! The maids were the onlyoverly friendly people. Kudos to them! Don't try to get TonyRoma's because you have to go down and get the menu yourself, go getthe food yourself and if there is a mistake on your order then they willgraciously bring it to you. Wow talk about low customer service. Thebeds are tiny and hard as a rock. Beware if you are booking online asour 217.00 price tag for one night didn't even include thewaterpark. I am certain it was somewhere in the very fine print. For anadditional 20.00 you can use the waterpark.

Review 5：Waterpark is in hotel. Didn't like families running around and in elevator with you with wet swimsuits and towels all over the place. I wish they had an Adult Wing or something to avoid all of the noise and ciaos.

Review 9：We arrived to learn that the king-sized room [type] we reserved was gone so we were upgraded to one of the turret rooms. The room was very nice; the bed was comfortable but it was cold and we could have used an extra blanket or two [w/out calling staff for it] so we turned up the heat and managed to get comfortable that way. The bathroom was large and the shower was great.

Tony Romas' is a very good restaurant with the convenience of being in the hotel. rooms were nice,not overly lavish but more than acceptable and beds were comfortable. overall a great stay.

Review 12：room was above the fans from the kitchen, smelled all night and again at 4am. I think they got the food for our breakfast from the buffet,not hot barely warm. Bathroom wasn't very clean, floor and mirror were not clean.

Took issue to the fact that we booked online and wouldn't give my wife a pass to the pool. Wanted $20 for access for the water park obviously said no. Would never return to this property.

Overall paint needed to be done both on walls, floors and inside the spa itself. Pool area is only for kids but we did know that.

Review 77：We had an experience with out 11 year old daughter. She was going downto the pool to my Husband who was waiting for her. I was in the roomwith my 2 yr old so she went to the pool on her own to meet her dad whowas already there with our 2 boys. As she was waiting for an elevatorshe was approached by a worker who placed her on a couch andwouldn't let her leave. She explained that I was in the room 2 doorsdown from the elevator and he wouldn't let her get me. He made hersit there for 10 min. She was terrified. He then rudely after 10 mintold her to go find her mom and left. She came to the room shaking andcrying. I understand a child was missing but when I called the frontdesk I was informed that the girl had been found. Keeping a child thathad no idea what was going on was horrible thing to do. I was not happy.We got sincere apologies from the staff but this should not happenagain. Very unprofessional and a very touchy subject.

Review 96：The double queen bedroom was expensive and not worth the money. Vary disappointed. The bathroom was also outdated with wallpaper that came out of the 80's. It looked nothing like the pictures online. There wasn't even a couch as pictured. This room cost over $200. it should've been bigger & had nicer sheets & blankets. They felt cheap. I will not recommend this to anyone. Just take the shuttle or a cab to the closest hotel if your going to an event there.

I asked 3 people for a bereavement rate but was told this was the best rate for the weekend. $450 for 2 nights? Really, the best rate? The room was tiny and had a stuffy smell. I had to pay extra to use the water park!!!! I understand some hotels jack the prices at times, but this price was a total joke!!

Review 104：This is not a Resort. It is a water park hotel, that is in dire need of a remodel. The rooms were run down and everything needed some real deep cleaning from elevators to rooms. Too many children running in halls late at night. Phone neded to be cleaned.

Review 107：Indoor Water Park was great for kids and only $5 per person per day for hotel guests. Very convenient to convention center and casino - both across the street. Bowling alley in casino was one of nicest we've ever seen.

I received email confirmation of reservation in one minute but I had to call Booking.com after 35 minute wait and they had to contact hotel.Booking.com told us that when we receive the confirmation, so does the hotel. Supervisor impressed himself way more than impressed us. He made us feel as though we did something wrong by reserving through Booking.com and that he would do nothing to help us resolve the matter.

Beds were not comfortable Small pillows, I've had better at budget priced motels. It seems it’s time for a remodel. The quality of this Hotel is priced over the condition. We have stayed at low priced motels with better accommodations. My wife and I booked through Booking.com and received almost a 50% discount and even at this price we felt it was overvalued. We will NOT return.

LOVED our view of the Mississippi River from our patio window. It was great to take a stroll on the riverwalk right out our door. Beautiful area. Our $89 per night was a great deal.

The room and hotel were clean enough but the water park needs to be shut down and have some attention paid to it. Was fun but a little slimy even at times.

Review 121：Fabulous location and even before we arrived the staff were on top of some fixes that needed to be made to our reservation and were friendly from start to finish. They privided a crib for my baby so we didnt have to haul one.

Review 122：My elderly mother and my two children stayed at this hotel the night before flying out of DBQ airport. My kids (ages 15 and 8) had a great time at the water park, but the best part was the service. At 4:45 am the next day they shuttled my Mom and kids to the airport. My Mom can't drive in the dark. My Mom got the kids on the plane as unaccompanied minors and then the shuttle came back to pick up my Mom and take her back to the hotel. Both shuttles were complementary and she said the people were really nice.
