Review 1：The location was okay. It is on a very busy street which made it a bit tricky to get in and out of. Also, they did have a very small section of beachfront on Winnepesaukee, but you have to cross the busy street to get there. the back motel units would not be good for people with mobility issues, because of the stairs.
Review 2：It was a perfectly fine room and bathroom, fairly close to Weirs beach, and the price was reasonable.

Review 4：Beds were not comfortable at all...very hard. Sheets were very rough. Don't like having to climb so many steps to carry luggage up and down. It was difficult enough without luggage. Hotel is on a bad corner and it was difficult to get in and out of parking lot.

Review 6：We had a lot of fun in the game room and enjoyed access to the lake front across the street. Nice to have complimentary coffee in the morning and the manager was super helpful! Even mailed my son's pillow home to us after we forgot it!!

Review 10：Great location, family run business, across the road from the lake with lake access,nice pool. Close to Weirs Beach and restaurants. Motorcycle friendly, provides towels to wipe the bike off. Sat in our Adirondack chairs and watched the sun set.

Review 16：I had a severely broken arm while staying at this Motel. We were a few minutes late booking out. He called the room and told us we were holding up his maid. When i left the room with wet hair and thrown together outfit, I noticed that the other rooms had not even been cleaned yet.... Walls were paper thin and we could hear the guy snoring next door... ugh!
Review 17：We were allowed to get our room early on a hot, humid day. It was so nice to be able to relax before going to an all day and evening outdoor rock concert at Meadowbrook. And the next morning we had free hot coffee.
Review 18：This is a family owners motel and they a very friendely.The location is great just 5 minutes drive from the center of weirs beach.there is a private beach just a 2 minutes walk from the hotel.beautfull view and relaxing place.Definitely we will come back.

Review 83：Location; ease of transaction-- (through both Booking AND the Motel, itself) They were very accommodating. clearly, this wasn't the Hilton, but I don't think many would expect this out of a lakeside motel. They were professional and helpful. I'm not a massive treehugger, so I can't identify all the places that they maybe could have done things better on the eco-front, but I believe small steps are worthwhile & crucial, and I was happy to see the paper products and toiletries had some form of green claim to them. Again, I'm not of the mind to inspect these products' claims, in full.
