Review 1：Sergey was wonderful! He was always available to answer any questions we had and offered to drive us anywhere we wanted to go. The grounds are beautiful. There's a forest with trails down to a creek and up to the top of the mountain. It's quiet and well-maintained. The breakfast was really good! The room was spacious and offered a beautiful view of mountains and the sea.

Review 5：The host was soooo great,he drives us to the places where we wanna go and come to pick us home. Also the villa is beautiful, peaceful, and the equitments are good. We stay there for five days because of the great conditions. Anyway we will choose it next time, if got any chance to come back Yalt^^

Review 7：Sergi was very helpful with all aspects of our stay. The pool was great, and sauna was amazing at the end of busy days sight seeing. Room was very large, and had great views of a mountain and the city. Great place to stay.

Review 9：Very clean place. Enjoyed the pool and the wet/dry sauna! The ownersof the place are incredible and provide a level of service very rarelyfound in Ukraine! The rooms have an excellent view of the city of Yaltaand the Black sea. Although located a distance from stores or theseashore -- there is a free shuttle service to help you get around abit! The owner even taught me how to make shishkabobs on a fire! Veryhighly recommend this place, and plan to return again!
Review 10：Sergey - owner is very friendly, he take you by car to city Jalta, whan you need it. He is every time smiling :) Rooms are nice, clean, large and luxury. Beautiful view to Jalta city and sea.

One can find here summer terrace with open air kitchen and additional public WC and bathroom (clean and comfortable), pool available 24/7. 3. extremely friendly householder. He helped us numerous times and it was really pleasure to communicate with him. For now this is the only hotel/village in Crimea we'd like to visit again and again. Thank you so much for such a wonderful place.

Review 17：We stayed in a large apartment with two bedrooms and a large living room, and terrace. All rooms where air-conditioned. The swimming pool is great and the view from the hotel even better. Great view over the city, the sea and the hills in the middle of some wine-yards. It's a little bit hard to find and the roads aren't the best, but when you arrive it's a great location. The owner Sergej is very friendly and hospitable, he even printed all our boarding passes for our flights.
