Review 1：No face cloth in bathroom. I am one of those who uses a facecloth during ablutions. Will have to bring my own next time.

Review 11：Ants. We had an ant problem in our room. put something down and it would be covered in ants in seconds. But that was a minor thing that can be over looked considering the rest of the experience was fantastic. Oh and the toilet paper. They need better quality toilet paper.

Review 12：everything was perfect. The staff was friend, helpful and so accommodating. It was my husband's birthday and they made wonderful cupcakes for him to celebrate. It was a perfect place to come to for a good quiet and relaxing holiday.

Review 14：Nice style, enough space, friendly staff. We took sun loungers near the pool and had a wonderful view to the beach. Breakfast was great, also with this phantastic view, outside.

Review 15：There were nails sticking from the carpeting next to the bathroom door, one of us injured a foot. No champoo, and we had to remind to bring enough towels. Paid wifi is a nonsense these days. One of us went for a drink on the patio without keys or phone and got locked out of the building at 21:00, had trouble getting back in. There was also a double booking on booking.com, so we couldn't get the room we booked initially. However, all the problems were resolved eventually. It's a pity there isn't direct access to the sea, one has to walk far or drive.

Review 17：We had a hot stone massage at the spa which was mediocre. The therapists could do with some training. However, it was at the end of the Busy Festive season, so they could simply have been tired out.

Review 22：Cleaning staff did not replenish our complimentary coffee for 3 days. Rooms were only tidied late in the day,some days after 1pm. Our dustbin was only emptied on day 3. The bathroom had a drainy smell throughout our stay.

Review 50：Anything lately called a "Boutique hotel" is an obscured name for a want to be fancy rundown B&B. I booked in as it was conveniently close to my next day meeting and is 4 star. It advertises itself as a "Spa"? There is no soap or any toiletries available. The bathroom had what looked like the left over from a previous guest's plastic bottle that smelled like cheap petrol station liquid soap, dark rooms with dark sticky furnisher ....cheap pine stained deep brown and varnished to supposedly look glamorous. Tv stuck on the wall almost touching the ceiling with a decoder stuck on top of it like in the 70's, what it really is. Old dark carpeting carpeting, 70's finishes including bath rooms and very dirty windows. Found short curly hair in the coffee cups, obviously just rinsed and dried with the previous guest's dirty towels. The pool area is so run-down, it reminded me of a run down motel truck-stop in the US.... 4 star not!!- more like 2 star. The breakfast was sort of ok...same as 2 star and parking not to standard sizes making it difficult to manoeuvre around. DO NOT! believe the pictures you see on the web site. Could not wait to leave the next morning. Rather stick to known brand hotels, at least you know what you are in for.

Review 53：Garth, Jeanine and Rosina are warm, caring hosts who take your experience personally. We were treated like family - but that wasn't unique to us. I watched them care for everyone with as much attentiveness as each desired. The location is very good, feeling is like home. It's difficult to create that kind of environment, and they excel at it.

Review 54：All the Staff were very friendly and made our stay very comfortable including the cleaning staff however at check in there was a lady who was very quiet and really didnt know what she was talking about, she was a little difficult to understand and showed us a very long way around to our room.

Garth at thereception was able to give an answer to everything we could possiblythink of asking. Sea view was breathtaking. Very reasonably priced spaalso, and good quality.
