Review 5：When I arrived the desk clerk was unable to pull up my reservation because her computer was slow we went to dinner for more than an hour came back and she still could not find my reservation. She did not try to do anything to help me. I had to call booking.com to get my problem reaolved. Desk clerk also had several hickey's on her neck and was very unprofessional.

Review 6：Check out time at 11 am unless we wanted to pay and extra $45. We were in town for the circus (7 pm show) and would have liked to spend the day by the pool till it was time to get ready. But we had to check out. It was 99 degrees that day and we spent it burning up and tired with 2 toddlers.

Review 9：The staff was great. The room was clean and very comfortable. The breakfast was wonderful - one of the best we have had at any hotel. Would definitely stay there again.

Review 10：Bleach and bleach water will go a long way to kill and prevent mold. Where they had kilzed, the mold was coming through. Stain treatment on the carpet and desk chair needs attention as well.

Review 11：The receptionist was very friendly and informal. The breakfast cook was on top of everything and friendly as well. For what I paid to have room for my family and I to sleep comfortably, clean up, take a swim, get a workout, and have a hot breakfast was worth the money 100%

Review 12：Barking dog in a room near front desk could be head all the way at other end of first floor. No way to enter building if you park in rear of building. Had to insert key card several times into door on south side before it would buzz us in.

Review 13：The hotel appeared to be undergoing renovations. There was no attempt to alert guests to this. The evidence of the work was everywhere. One side entrance had a trail of sheetrock pieces and dust smashed into the carpet (no attempt to clean it up or keep guests away from it). The room was nonsmoking but smelled of recent smoke. The bedsheets had cigarette burns. Overall the place appears to be a 2 star hotel that has made a poor effort to upgrade to a 3 star.

Review 42：Checking in late was a bit more difficult. The clerk wasn't at the desk and appeared disheveled. Perhaps napping? Lol... not funy at 1am after a loooong drive with a cranky infant.
