Review 1：It was loud do to it being a truck stop and all.the windows do not open and all the rooms were missing blinds.

Review 3：This was the worst "hotel" I've been to. It's a gas station motel. They don't have WiFi, their location is isolated from main Gilroy so there's no reception, the TV in my room didn't work, the blinders on the window didn't even fully cover, and when I went to sleep, I felt crumbs on my sheets. Someone also tried to ENTER my room at 2:30 AM.

Review 19：This place was great if you where a prostitute or a crack addict.. it was dirty and stained... there where unsavory people lingering about to make you feel unsafe.. there was vulgar grafetti all over the stairwell.
Review 20：First off, you check in at the Shell Cashier counter. You might find yourself at the "massage parlor" so don't get lost. A lot of sketchy people hanging out in the staircase. This place was a dump. Hair on the bathroom floor so who knows what else was there. Possible peep holes in the room. Ratty furniture and a sticky table. I actually used a sleeping bag on top of the bed because I didn't trust it. I think I heard someone repeatedly use a room key to get in our room at 3am. Bring a weapon if you dare.

Review 22：The room needed a paint &a sparkling job. Window blind was missing a section and couldn't have total privacy. The air conditioning unit couldn't be adjusted. No elevator to 2nd floor, noise from truck and gas station wore me up many times and at check in information to my room was basically find it yourself.

Review 30：The motel is located on the second floor over a Shell convenience store and Baskin Robbins/Fast food shop - - sort of a motel for truckers. So getting up a filfthy stairway (where, I am sure, drunks slept - trashy) to the second floor, past the cups and bottles, was obnoxious. We weren't sure what the room would look like, but were pleasantly surprised.

Review 36：The inside of the room was cozy for the good price. Convenience of food establishments within walking distance. There is a gasoline station for trucks next to the hotel which can be a positive or negative. The truck noise could not be heard inside the room.
Review 37：Very difficult to sleep due to a lot of noise from trucks with running engines all night. A woman in the adjacent room gave 'chinese massage' to different customers during the evening/night. We cannot recommend this motel to anyone.

The sliding door to the restroom was broken & wouldn't close all the way for privacy. The bed comforter had what looked like dry semen. The gas station cashier is also the motel desk clerk & took forever to address our concerns. Worst place we have ever stayed at.

Review 51：When I checked in, the man behind the counter at the Truck Stop/Convenience Store (Yes, the motel is located above a Truck Stop/Convenience Store!) hardly spoke English and couldn't seem to understand what my last name was. (It is a fairly common name, not hard to pronounce!) He kept saying "your last name is Kathleen?" I kept telling him "No, that is my first name." Finally got a room, but could only have one key, so my husband and I had to share. After walking up a flight of very dirty stairs (cig butts, food wrappers, unknown goo, etc on all the steps) and letting ourselves into the room, there was no phone in the motel room. The chairs were covered with towels, and when I looked Under the towels, the upholstery was filthy! The tub leaked a steady stream of water the entire time. No pole to hang clothes on in the closet, no door on closet, tub appeared dirty, carpet on floor was filthy, No bedspread, just a sheet and blanket. My husband wouldn't even get under the blanket and sheet, was afraid of bed bugs. I was so cold (heater in room didn't work) I finally got under blanket to stay warm. All night long semis pulled in to fuel and every time they hit the brakes it woke us both us as they were right outside our door. Horrible experience! Worst night I have ever spent in a motel/hotel!!!

Review 58：The actual motel is on the second floor of a gas station liquor store. You're smack-dab in the middle of a small shopping center and the liquor store downstairs is open 24/7. You check in in the store.

It was very noisy and the staff gave 2 young girls the spare key to our room and they came in when I was naked after my shower. What a humiliating experience ! When I wanted to lodge a complaint, no one available on a weekend to handle the complaint.
Review 62：Our first 2 nights was quite good and peaceful and value for the money we paid - that was on Thursday and Friday. The cleaning lady was very friendly and helpful and respectful. The room was nice and clean as well as the sheets and towels.

No side table at the bed, no phone to reach the "frontdesk", to whole night there was a generator just outside my holtelroom.The whole night trucks are arriving with lots of noice, as the Garlin inn is actually a gas station and above they rent rooms. The room looked in my opinion like it could be rented per the hours as well. I would defiantely not stay there again. I felt way overcharged

If you have a car orcan get a ride then disregard because the motel is right off thefreeway. They havnt asked me for a deposit when I rent. I can choose topay in cash or debit is fine. There is a shell gas station and togoslocated on the side of the building which is very convienent. Also aJack In The Box & kfc next door! The rooms are clean and quite nice.When I stay I sleep well.
Review 68：Check-in was a little slow. You check in at the convenience store under the motel so you have to wait in line with people buying gas and potato chips.

Review 72：Let me count the ways:1. Check in is at the SHELL GAS STATION Mini Mart Counter. Yes, you heard that right. 30 minutes to check in because the clerk had to keep ringing up sales. Obnoxious display on counter for Herbal Viagra and condoms... this is a truck stop on the back side.2. Room was adequately clean but only 2 towels and one washcloth were given, plus a bathmat. Table with lamp did not have bulb in lamp to do some work (business trip). Took a bulb from bathroom only to discover lamp had no switch to turn it on. It was broken off.3. For the price wear is expected on furnishings, but the upholstered chair was covered with clean white towels to cover stains. Bathtub did not drain adequately and appeared to have a ring around it.4. I was there three nights on a business trip. After the first night we returned to the room the next evening and it had not been cleaned. When my husband requested clean towels at the gas station counter he was sent to the back counter and was told they only clean the room if you request it because they do not disturb people. There are no "do not disturb" signs, nor is there a telephone in the room. He had to help himself to towels behind their counter. As he was doing so a woman came out from a secure area and asked him if he wanted a massage. He declined. She then asked if he wanted a massage, then "she shower him." The next morning as we left for our work we requested the room be cleaned with clean sheets and linens. We returned at 10 pm that night to find the room unclean, the bed unmade and two days worth of dirty towels in a pile on the floor. Upon going to the office once again to complain and get clean linens I was told I need to request the room be cleaned, but the request had to be made at 9 am. I had made my request at 8. Had to argue to get more than 2 towels. No manager ever available. Appears to be run by a family who live onsite.5.
