Review 2：We arrived very early but were given a room on arrival. It was wonderful as we were very tired. Spa treatments were top quality and very inexpensive compared to UK.

I stay one night only, location is good, 3-min walk to a very good local restaurant, what a yummy Hue pancake!!! 7-min walk to tourist shopping and restaurant area. Breakfast is fine, room is clean and stylist. The bed is comfort, hotel staff are nice. Very good experience. The local tour which recommend from Hotel is cheap, but quite waste time, if you stay one night only, I recommend you find a taxi to visit tomb area, they will wait for you.

Review 31：A disgusting smell came out of the bathroom. Somebody rang the bell at the door very early in the morning, ignoring the do not disturb-sign. The laundry service was very expensive, compared to other hotels and the Spa was booked out in the evening.

Review 36：- hard selling for transport from Hue to Hoi An. There was some little difficulties with English and they ended up booking a driver for us without our full confirmation. We had make our own arrangements in the meanwhile so we cancelled it on the spot. I would recommend to take their driver for this trip but negotiate down the price. You can find private cars at 55USD for that trip. Other than this, this stay was perfect!
