Review 1：Noisy vending machine right outside room - - when I mentioned it the next morning, the office said they would have a repairman fix it that day.

Review 3：Upon arrival on 9/8 there was no record of my reservation made on 2/27 through Booking.com (booking # 358.751.260). The young man on the counter at the time set up booking at that time. Room phone was not in service, but staff offered to correct or replace but I told them it was not necessary; I would use my cell phone.

Review 5：The air conditioner was very hard to reach and didn't seem to work well. The cleaning products smell was strong in the room.

Review 11：There really wasn't anything we didn't like, but we did find a Cheeto that the housekeeper missed. One day we had no washcloths, but all in all it was a nice stay.

Review 12：We liked the proximity to the national monuments; the staff was friendly and accommodating; breakfast was hot and tasty, which carried us through the day. I requested an extra blanket, which arrived promptly. All in all a good place to stay

Review 13：Our shower didn't drain properly, so we had to stand in a couple inches of water when we showered. We stayed two nights; asked the desk to have someone fix it and of course they didn't.

Review 15：Requested a quiet room, had one in the back side of the place, which suited our needs. The place is very easy to get to. MaryAnne - the breakfast hostess was delightful to chat and laugh with. Breakfast buffet was always full, and set up well for fast flow of the many customers.

Review 16：They were putting down new flooring on the walkways and with just the wood there it was pretty noisy when someone walked by. We were on the 2nd floor and I am somewhat disabled in that climbing stairs is painful.

Review 17：We liked having an end room. They were quick to help when our TV didn't work. The location was good, close to all the sites.

Review 18：When we arrived we were told that they didn't have a reservation for us. They claimed that booking.com had been told not to book any rooms through June as they were very busy. We were initially told that we could stay there for 2 nights, move to a super 8 for a night then move back in. As it turned out they had a cancellation so we stayed the full 5 days. The satff were very helpful, but there seems to have been a breakdown in communication between booking.com and the hotel.
