Review 5：STAFF WERE FRIENDLY AND ASSISTED AS BEST AS POSSIBLE TO MEET OUR REQUIREMENTS AS OUR INITIAL EXPECTATION OF THE ACCOMMODATION WAS NOT MET. HOWEVER THEY UPGRADED US TO A VERY COMFORTABLE SUITE WITH A SEA VIEW, BUT IT CAME AT AN ADDED COST.

Review 8：The only thing that i would add to the venue which will make it the ultimate stay, is a swimming pool for the hot days, and there are plenty of space to fit a pool.

Review 9：The locality for us were ideal and central to everything and everywhere. The staff were all very friendly and accommodating even with special breakfast requests. The rooms are equipped with everything needed and are very spacious and modern. A special thanks to Jolene and her staff who made the week's stay for us very memorable.

Review 10：The description of our room type (luxurary king room) was misleading as it indicated "kitchen, microwave, refrigerator", so that we beliewed cooking & self-catering would be possible. But except the microwave and a very small fridge, there were no kitchen equipment, no cooking plates or kitchen tools so that self-catering was very strongly limited.

Review 12：The new management (ie last year 2015) : It can be felt that the owners are no longer "hand on"eg although the rooms are clean the breakfast served is no longer as "fresh" as it used to be. The reasons for going back again and again are that this place is absolutely beautiful, the location is PERFECT and I adore the owners although I met them only once.

The cleaning staff could have looked into cleaning the room the one day they skipped and also need to remember to lock the door after they are done as there are valuables still laying around.

Review 30：We stayed over a busy National Holiday weekend and the accommodation was full, couples and a lot of families. There was a mix up over our room and we were allocated a room in the older building where the décor was a little tired. It was also right over the kitchen/ eating areas, and got BBQ smoke wafting up to the balcony.

Review 31：The view from our first second floor bedroom window was superb. The size of the bedroom was also good. Breakfast was very good and all the staff were just wonderful, so happy and smiling. Special mention of the new manageress, Joline, who went above and beyond the call of duty to try and make our stay a pleasant one.

People had to walk past the front of our room to get to the coffee shop reducing our privacy. It would have been nice to have been able to get down to the beach.

Review 63：Sibahle was a marvel in welcoming us to the establishment, a warm reception indeed. We were afforded the opportunity to choose our room. There was no disturbance at all during our stay at 305.

Review 64：We booked a room on the ground floor for my elderly mum but when we got there there were no rooms available on the ground floor and she had a battle to get upstairs to the first floor. There was a group of very noisy guests who partied late into the night with no consideration for other guests. Management should have made other guests aware that there was a party scheduled for the evening at the time of the booking.

Review 80：Paid a premium for a room with a sea view but what we actually got was a room which opened onto a large covered common patio which other guests were constantly walking in front of or sitting in the chairs provided. No privacy at all except if you closed the curtains which makes it a dark little room with no view. Location is ok if you not looking for decent places to eat close by as all good restaurants are 30min drive away. No hand towels provided, peeling and dirty paint on the walls made for a very forgettable stay.

Review 95：On the spur of the moment we booked one day in advance for a one day stay as a halfway on our way to our holiday destination and we were blown out of the water. Quality , luxury , value for money , comfort , perfectly placed , 110% friendly staff etc etc. We had no complaint about a single thing.

Review 101：We decided to use the guesthouse due to the incredible reviews and pictures on Booking.com.We were celebrating our anniversary and looking forward to a nice quiet weekend away. We booked and paid for a 3 night stay in the Classic Seaview room which indicated an upstairs room for R900.00 per night.On arrival was taken into another building on the far end of the property where construction was taking place. The building had just been plastered and had danger tape holding up boards on the staircase.The room smelled of cement and new furniture which made my eyes burn and water. I took pictures of this. I protested and was taken into 2 more rooms that were also freshly painted/smelled of smoke. Eventually given the room that we had booked more than an hour later( 21h15)All in all this was our experience...Called Bookings.com,put us on hold until my battery died and heard nothing further from them in the 3 days we spent there.Guesthouse hosted a kiddies party right in front of the Suite on Sunday afternoon with no warning. (jumping castle.water slides) Could not leave sliding door or curtains open. No water from 2pm on Sunday. No feedback from establishment despite my partner going down several times to enquire. No provisions made as late as 9pm with regards to water that we could heat up to bath/ or flush the toilet with. Had to drive to various filling stations at night to buy water,which resulted in us having an argument,as my partner wanted to drive back home and I thought it unsafe. Establishment was in total darkness after 9pm due to timer not switched on,creating a safety issue. Inefficient checkout. Nothing prepared,asked for R3000.00 despite having paid as per their invoice 6 days earlier (quoting ref no and name). Asked for an additional R300.00 to be paid for ''upgrade" for the room we were put in,without any previous notice. No tax invoice given Was told it would be emailed. 2 days later still no invoice.

Manageress really is wonderful and they accommodated us for extra 2 nights due to circumstances. We felt right at home. The beauty salon for nails and waxing, massages ect. Review 119：Pity there is no direct beach access from the property yet all one sees form there is the ocean. I had a free late check-out and was disappointed that I was constantly disrupted (from my snooze) on the last day as the property supposedly didn't know about my late check-out. Too much noise from kitchen staff (my room was above) that woke me up in the mornings as they prepared breakfast and a very noisy tap in the kitchen too. Breakfast ends too early at 9:30am, especially during a holiday season. Should at least be extended to 10:30am for holidays.

Review 120：Location, location, location - waking up to the sound of the ocean every morning is just what I needed. The King Room where I was; waking up to the view every morning from my bed was cathartic. The hammocks at the edge of the garden from where to enjoy the wonder of God's creation - the ocean - were just fabulous. I got the well-deserved ocean break that I craved for.

Review 123：1, The main switch of my room jump, and the staff keep knocking the door. That's very upset. The most worse thing is that the staff just turn around and walk away without any words or apologize when I refuse to deal with the switch again. 2, The unit I stay has no ocean view and that looks like a work-man room. Fortunately it's quiet even if it face the road.

On the patio (We stayed in room 17) the canvas covering the bottom patio was loose and ripped from the wind, it made such a noise we couldn't sleep. It would if been nice to have new amenities. The towels were not white and very hard. Soft towels would of been nice. The breakfast was cold both mornings - the pastries were nice
