Review 1：Check in experience was unclear. You have to go to a hotel on the boardwalk to check in then to the adjacent Motel 6 to get a key.
Review 2：Great value, good location, good amount of space in room.
Review 3：It smelled! I couldn't use the kitchen because there wasn't any utensils- just a small pot and small frying pan. The room that the kitchen was in smelled so bad no one could sleep in it, the place was just gross. The wifi was very important as was having a kitchen and we were unable to use either. The pool ladder was a hazard as well, will not be staying there again.
Review 4：The staff when I checked in were great, and so was the guy at the front desk of the motel 6 attached to the apt 127. He tried so hard to get my laptop on the wifi, didn't work on my laptop or phone despite his efforts.
Review 5：1. the place from the outside and inside is falling apart. 2. burnt cigarette holes in the sheets and covers. 3. celling leaking water in the bathroom. 4. bitten by mosiqutios. 5. tv in the kitchen not in the bedroom. 6. wifi stop working in the middle of the night and can not call anyone to fix it. 7. walls super thin can hear people outside upstairs and on the sides of the wall. 8. floors dirty 9. shower dirty 10. bathroom smelled. 11. pool looked nice on line, was a hole in the parking lot. 12. moved 3 times. when i moved the first time booking.com told me they have a nicer place just go to checkin to get the keys. when i got to check in i was told i had to pay more money. neither place was nice. I have 7 month old baby and i had to put him to sleep at some point so we stayed in this room. the next day we moved to a third place that did not belong to them but was nicer.

Review 7：We checked and checked right back out. Run far away from this place aspossible. False advertisement doesn't even come close! I don'teven know where to begin. There was food on the floor with ants, garbageon the stove and sticky substances on the counter. The floor was sodirty that my one year old nephews feet were completely black within anhour. There was hair and dirt on the sheets of the day bed. They claimto have a fully stocked kitchen which was a joke. It was a small fryingpan, a pot and a few dirty cooking utensils. The doors had inches ofgaps in them and we're not safe even when locked.

Review 9：the room was poor an bad kept no address on hotel. we had to pick up keys in another part of town. no Wi-Fi as promised. Dirty room and filthy kitchen we will never recommend this property. total disappointment. for booking.com strike one.
