Review 1：We had problems with the shower, which took several days to fix due to the Christmas holiday. Not a big deal though.

Review 7：The resort was friendly and quiet. They offer FREE hire of paddle boards, paddle boats and kayaks which was brilliant. Each bungalow has a barbecue outside the door which was excellent, we used it 2 of the 3 nights. Room was spacious and clean. Beds were really comfortable.

Review 9：The location was perfect for enjoying a swim in the bay or the saltwater swimming pool. Great places to eat within walking distance. Staff were friendly. Freshly made scones and coffee in the morning was a nice touch.

The kitchen with toaster is very convenient for a family. Beautiful place to enjoy nature. Altough we hadn't breakfast included the owner offers coffee and a sweet self cooked speciality for everybody.

Review 26：However, We did have one les than memorable experience. We were laying by the beach close to another couple with two young children who were playing in the water on the paddle boat, they were within 10 feet of the waters edge when this lady came over and started shouting at the parents, her tone and body language was very hostile and aggressive. She was very upset that there were no adults accompanying the children on the paddle boat and that one of the children was not wearing a life jacket. She may have had a valid point but she was so discourteous to the other guests that it left us with a really bad impression. I decided I would report this incident to the front desk, however when I spoke to the person at the desk she informed me that the " employee " in question was the owner!! I did not get a chance to speak to the owner before I left but I have to say i was pretty blown away to hear that the owner of the property would behave in such a way towards paying guests.
Review 27：The property is beautifully landscaped and even though it was booked to capacity we never encountered more than 3 or 4 people at any given time . The one word that comes to mind when we were there was tranquility. It was the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of Miami. Even though there are only a couple of the paddle boards, kayaks and paddle boats, they were always available when wee wanted to use them. The staff were extremely pleasant and very helpful! The freshly baked scones and coffee/tea in the mornings was a hit!

Tonya was knowledgeable about the Keys and made two great recommendations for dinner options. Coconut Bay afforded us a quiet and beautiful location to enjoy our time together. Review 30：This is the Florida Keys which is hard coral. Don't expect a typical beach, but there is a sandy area by the water which lounge chairs.
Review 31：This is a real find. Not cheap, but a great respite. Grounds are beautifully maintained as are the buildings. Comfortable, clean, and friendly. Fresh fruit flavored scones provided every morning...a breakfast in itself. We wanted to try the kayaks but the weather was too cool. We were in a stand alone cottage; no idea what the rooms in the two story building was like.

Free coffee andhomemade scones which was a bonus from 8am-11am. Garden and surroundinggrounds are well looked after. We found all staff very friendly andhelpful. Unfortunately we did not have particularly good weather, socould not take advantage of the beach front as much as we would haveliked. Would recommend if you want to chill out!
