Review 1：It's strange attitude, internet but not available, a bedroom safe but immobilised, nothing worked properly. No-one took us to the room when we arrived, complicated electrical system not explained.

Review 5：The Duy Tan Travel service booked us a bus to Hoi An on 'An Phu' buses. It was an old, filthy bus with torn seats and it rattled and shook so badly. I would never recommend Duy Tan Travel if they associate themselves with a company like An Phu. Also, there was a wedding in the reception room but there were so many guests they spilled out into the entire reception lobby making it very difficult and embarrassing for us to negotiate our way to the lift on the day of our departure. We were unable to wait in the lobby for our pickup after check-out.
