Review 1：With the exception of the owner, the staff wasn't friendly. Every day we went in for breakfast, the staff eyed us as though we weren't guests, so that was awkward. It was nice to have a microwave and small refrigerator in the room, but it also would've been nice to have a coffee maker especially since decaf coffee wasn't offered with the continental breakfast. Also, we had to buy plates, cups, and utensils from Goodwill down the street. The breakfast was OK, but nothing hot was offered except coffee. Guests could make their own oatmeal, and hot toast, Ego-waffles, and bagels. The laundry room was out of order, so we hand-washed our clothing.

Review 2：The hotel was located on a busy road and convenient to amenities and the highway. Because our room was located in the back, it was quiet, and the curtains kept any unwanted light out. Rooms were clean, sufficient towels were provided, and the bed was comfortable. A clean microwave and an ample-sized compact refrigerator was provided.

Review 4：This Motel was really dirty high crime area of town. It looks nothing like what we saw online it is very run down and the room smelled so bad had to go to the store and buy something to spray down my room the bedding had pubic hairs on the sheets and the room was dirty... the Dennys out front there were standing out front on the street all night doing lord knows what ... scary part of Everett...

Review 5：The morning manager spent one hour gossiping with a young man behind the counter. They were talking about marital situations--not helping or checking on their breakfast guests.

Review 7：The staff was wonderful and the room along with the facility was very clean. I felt secure knowing there are 15 cameras viewing all the hallways and parking lot. The breakfast was ok for a motel. It was also very quiet considering there is a busy road near the motel.

Review 13：I have a standard poodle service dog. The staff was very welcoming. Bed was clean and comfortable. The pillows were great! This is a small older style motel but clean and well run. That is all we needed for one night. Price was right.

Review 14：We were in town for a wedding, so only stayed one night. The Inn was easy to find, the employees friendly, the room clean and comfortable and the breakfast adequate.

Review 15：Only lamp in the room was not plugged in because the cord was too short to reach from the side of the bed it was on to the other where the outlet was located.

Review 17：The bedspread was stained and the towels were grayish white and very thin. No conditioner or hand lotion and microscopic bars of soap. Very hard to get to - a circuitous route with road construction.

Review 25：The price is amazing compared to other places. I was expecting something worse due to the price but I was surprised with my experience there. Rooms are clean, wifi in room and very fast and room was cleaned every time I leave for town.

Review 28：Maid skipped our room. Front desk "John" said not his problem and did not care. became verbally violent when we asked for a partial refund. Told us to get out in angry voice. Scary place overall. John said no consideration because invoice does not expressly say maid service is included so they don't have to provide it. He did give us clean towels at midnight of the last night of our stay.

Review 30：The location behind Denny's and the outward appearance looked worn (especially the stained roof). Internet connection was not stable. I had to reconnect/reboot my laptop several times.

Review 31：I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the room itself. The television was dated but everything else was current, clean, and well kept.

Review 34：This motel is clean, comfortable and well managed. For me, it has a great location that is close to Boeing. It is a great value for cost. I would recommend it to anyone.

Review 35：-- Linen had small blood stain--could easily tell the blood was fresh which was a dead give-a-way that linen had not been washed. -- Bathroom door was filthy. Dirt from all kind of God-knows-what splashes. -- Back of property (where my room faced) was littered with cigarette butts and common walkways needed a power washing -- But almost as bad as the blood-stained linen was the after-midnight noise that woke me up. I saw a man hitting the security camera (that was attached to a telephone pole) with a large rod. It was noisy and I thought someone was up to some nefarious act. Scared me half to death!

Review 38：Very high standard for a motel. We booked the travel lodge in Everett City Centre for a few nights, after one night, we left there because it was horrendous, booked into Sunrise inn. Felt like paradise in comparison. Starbucks next door for the coffee lovers.

Review 39：Stuck in the 90's. Need to modernize. Had minor plumbing issue. Mentioned twice. Easy and quick fix but never addressed. No fitted sheets on bed. Bottom sheet too small. Woke up with sheet wrapped around me and bed a mess.

But if I had I to nit pick I would definitely wanna say that I wish that the staff would have just been a little but more friendly towards there guests especially the manager guy. I understand that they probably have a lot of rambunctious customers here but not everyone who decided to come here is so don't judge all your customers that way.

Review 44：When I first walked in I sure was surprised by how big nd open the room was. It was pretty clean nothing stood out that would make me down rate the place. Everything was surprisingly nice.

Review 45：the curtains didn't close all the way so people could see in from street level. The staff was nice enough to help by adjusting the curtain pin to hold it closed. The door was not sealed tight and I could see light from outside. There was only one lock on the door and it was hard to tell if it was locked or not. The shower faucet was weird and not easy to turn off and on.

Apparently I missed the included continental breakfast or there wasn't any since there was no evidence of one when I was in the lobby. None was reported when I checked in.

Review 61：I'm very apprehensive about staying in motels - I don't like doors that open to outside... However, Sunrise Inn was fantastic, the staff at checkin were brilliant (I think his name was John) - he was so friendly and made us feel so welcome - the rooms were comfortable and very clean. Great facilities in the room and wifi in the room which was much appreciated when we woke in the middle of the night! There is a Denny's literally in front of the place which is 24 hours... much appreciated when we arrived after a 2 long flights and a delay! The breakfast was lovely, great selection and the girl that was on in the morning was lovely also! Will definately stay again on our next trip to the Seattle area :)

Review 62：Hotel amenities are varied. One that we really like is a hot pot or a coffee pot in the room. This didn't have that. And the lobby, which provides a continental breakfast with coffee, wasn't open early enough for my likes (5:30).

Review 95：Excellent service, clean room, comfortable bed and pillows, out of thisworld water pressure in the hot shower, my week long business trip hadme changing hotels as I was looking for an affordable and comfortablestay. I was spending between $135-200 per night until I found theSunRise Inn in Everette for $79 + tax per night. I planned for a one anddone stay but rebooked for my last 3 nights for the reasons I mentioned.I don't mind driving a few extra miles for such a good value asthis. Wonderful owners and eager to please service. They even have alaundry and let me borrow an iron and board. I'm going home withclean, ironed clothes. This is a gem of a place in the Seattle area. Soglad I found it. Made my week!

Review 96：no lock on bathroom door - not missing or broken - just not one there! Very old TV, with poor reception. Breakfast was extremely basic. Not the best location - I wouldn't feel safe going out at night. You have make a $10 refundable deposit on a second motel key, when 2 adults are in the room.

That meant that every aspect of our stay was looked after, from ensuring that we had a well-aired room, to the selection of the room of our choosing, to the pristine cleanliness of our room and the common areas, to the detail with which we were given driving instructions for our next stop.

Review 109：The staff were disorganized. They gave us a smoking room with one queen when I specifically requested a non smoking room and the picture online showed 2 queen beds on the room I requested. They refused to refund me or honor the price, they charged me $15 more for the double room. They also rented an already rented room while we were there and gave a key to a guest who walked in on a room full of someone else's stuff. Then we returned for our stuff (we put a "do not disturb" doorknob hanger on) and our stuff was moved around and the window to the room was opened. I will never stay here again and would never recommend it. Go to the Motel 6 down the road.
