Review 1：I booked because they had a seasonally heated pool, a hot tub and a "breakfast.". Seasonally heated pool, wasn't and the ambient temperture was over 90 degrees F. So we'd wanted to use the pool (8 year old twins, want pool). Hot tub wasn't. "Breakfast" extremely limited and served green bananas as the only fruit. Not good.
Review 2：Proximity to the Reniassance Faire at Casa De Fruta.
Review 3：breakfast consisted of bread and cold cereal. This was not even considered a continental. Breakfast meal seriously misrepresented. Parking was very tight for average vehicles.

Review 7：Booked room almost 2 months in advance through Booking.com. Upon arrival they said they didn't receive the information. Staff said I needed to call Booking.com to correct the situation. We know of another guest who had the same problem. Saw a stack of papers staff was going through, and when I mentioned that someone was behind in their paperwork, it was quickly set aside. First time having such a problem. Also, wanted non-smoking room, but upon entering started coughing from the smoke smell. Who checks these rooms?

Review 9：Refer would not work and maint left early for the day. No solution. Homeless camp next door in clear view Hot tub needed attention. Did not use Plastic chairs old and defective. Guest fell out of chair when it broke apart due to age

Review 11：Breakfast was lackluster. Also, we left the keys in the room when we were leaving, assuming all was settled, but I checked with the front desk to make sure. The manager made a key for me to go back up and bring him the room keys. Couldn't he do that? Or the maid when she cleaned our room? I thought that I was the guest...? Oh, well, no big deal.
Review 12：It was a lot nicer than it appeared when we pulled up. Beds were comfortable and it was clean. The price was low compared to other hotels, and there were two queen beds instead of doubles.
Review 13：I didn't like that my reservation was cancelled after I had called six hours prior to confirm the reservation. I was told that because my reservation was through bookings.com, it was put in late and so they no longer had a room for me and my family. I will never consider Days Inn for ANYTHING again. They cannot be trusted.

Review 23：Check in staff rude at night and the next day also rude. Did not knowthe difference in a credit/debit card, and a credit card or debitcard, Was going to put a 200.00 hold on my account. I have a mastercard/debit card and the man at the front desk on Saturday said thatI did not know that my card was a debit card. I told him that it wasboth and he then proceeded to tell me that I was dumb and then he pulledout his Wells Fargo Visa credit card and Wells Fargo Debit card,(twodifferent cards) so mine was not a combination card and only 199.99would be refunded, I told him that all 200.00 would be on the account orhe would hear from my lawyer. The bath tub had mold around the turn onknob, the shoe had dust, dirt hanging down from the top of the tile onthe shower. Room was supposed to be non smoking, and as I am allergic totobacco smoke, the room had definitely been smoked in and the tub had 3cigarette burns from cigarettes laying on the tub and burning. Told themad at the desk this and he told me I was wrong, We, My older sister andI left at about 430am on Sunday as we were both getting so stuffed upfrom the smell in the room..

Review 25：The motel is at a very good location especially it is very convienent to the outlet, walking distance. The room is big and clean. The bed is comfort, both my husband and I were very happy to select this motel.
Review 26：At 7am, breakfast was already out of coffee, orange juice, apple juice,and only 4 waffles left to cook. The owner refused to refill the juice,he said it would take 3 days to defrost the concentrate. Then he brewedonly enough coffee for the one person that complained.

Review 29：!-The room's carpet has not been shampooed in a very long time. 2-The shower head emits needle-like spray and cannot be adjusted and the shower head needs to be cleaned. 3-Linens from a previous guest were still in the bathroom behind the door. 4-The room was marked "Non-Smoking," but still reeked of past smoking in the room. 5-The TV and clock radio were not plugged in to their outlets. 6-One of the overhead lights in the room was dangling from its location and the entry light switch (a dimmer type) did not have the cover for its use.

After switching rooms, the new one had no wifi connection. The breakfast is from 6 until only 9 am which in my personal opinion aims at reducing the number of people having it.

Review 49：We arrived at the motel about 1 pm not expecting the rooms to be ready Dilip couldn't have been more helpful he said that one of the rooms was nearly ready and 1 would be about 5 minutes he also helped to carry the suit cases up the stairs .breakfast was very nice with a waffle maker ,toaster ,cereal little cakes ,fruit,tea, coffee and fruit juices.the room was clean and nice hot tub and swimming pool.

Review 56：This is my second stay, my first stay was incorrigible and I was hopingit was a fluke no such luck... When I arrived at 5pm the office was shutup, locked and I was in total shock.. About 45mins later here comes ayoung employee with her McDonald bag. I was given 3 room keys, 1 didntwork, and 2 were not cleaned... Her nonchalant attitude was a bit much,as an elderly gentlemen told her, we could all just walk across thestreet. This has been my interaction with staff every time, as much asit pains me to say, they do keep the place up. But I refuse to spend mymoney with folks that act like they are doing me a favor

All the lights were unplugged- and the sockets were behind heavy furniture. It took the manager 11/2 hours to come fix those... It was a nightmare and just to letyou know this was the only motel out of 9 different ones on this tripwhere I had a problem. Please please do something about this...

Moreover, the laundry room was notworking and we had to go somewhere else to wash our clothes. Breakfastwas ok, no hot food but ok.
Review 71：This is part of our tour of California, we stayed at Gilroy for 2 days.The Americas Best Value Inn is located at literally 5 minutes walk fromthe Premium Outlets so it is also possible to leave the car at theparking and go there on foot. Value for money was ok.
