Review 1：Staff was unable to give good directions to local business. **No shuttle to and from airport. Poor lighting in room and washroom. Room is dated. Towels are really small, need more then 2 when you have 2 people sharing a room. Gym was dark.

Review 2：Inexpensive, nice staff, restaurant had good food and good service. Proximity to mall and other downtown stores. Appreciated the iron and ironing board.

Review 10：rooms a little small. Instead of heat the air conditionning turned on which isn't necessary in November. We had to change rooms because of the heat not working which was inconvenient.

Review 28：There were extremely noisy neighbours who woke many guests from 2:30am onward... Despite our rooms being very close to the reception area, no one seemed to intervene until I called at 4:10 to complain. Since all hotels, motels and B&B's are in the business of selling a good night's sleep, you would think that the night staff would have handled it quickly. When a few drunken, loud patrons are permitted to run amok, you can expect a not so positive review. On the positive side, the day staff apologized and offered a discount. That having been said, no amount of money can make up for a lost night's sleep.

Review 29：Front desk put us on the main floor as requested on the reservation. Provide information on places to eat within walking distance. They smile at the front desk. Breakfast was unbelievable for the price of the room.

Review 30：During our stay a friend of mine told me about a discount I could getbecause I work for the goverment. When we checked in I received thediscount. When we checked out they said they made a mistake, that theyshouldn't have given me the discount. They told me because I bookedonline the discount was not valid. I had to pay the difference to them!This was their mistake! I was not happy, and will not be staying at thecoastal inn again!

Review 31：There is no elevator so you have to haul suitcases upstairs - that was difficult. Also, we paid for 3 people in our room but were only provided 2 coffee k-cups. If we wanted a third, we had to pay for it. Although the room was clean, the carpet in the hallways was not.

Review 33：The staff were friendly and willing to help with any questions or directions. The breakfast was in a separate little restaurant which was like a little diner and had good food and apart of your room. Free is great!!

Review 34：Wifi would only work for a few mins at a time. Shower was awful only cold or hot. Tv volume would not turn up load enough to hear it, there was only basic cable with no way to rent a movie. Waited 40 mins and never did get breakfast. Terrible service.

Review 36：when I arrived on July 10 the young woman that waited on me obviously should not be dealing with the public, abrupt ,unsmiling and made it clear that I was was putting her out by just being there. I was told to come back at 3pm for the room to be ready and I had to wait until 4:15 before my room was ready,then lady that waited on me picked her belongings at the end of her shift and brushed past me at door with any mention of when my room would be ready who would be looking after my interests. I introduced myself to the gentleman who took over from her(who was friendly) to explain what my situation and he offered me a $20.00 discount, but .i have stayed in better inn's for under $100.00.

Review 47：We were suppose to have a queen size bed, it was a double. I let it go. No mini fridge in room, no coffee maker, no microwave. The fitness room was small and dirty but sufficed for what we needed it for. The pool was dirty, chipped tiles, dirty floor, bathroom in pool area was very gross. The next morning we went to the pool again and no towels, pail full of dirty towels, floor still had the garbage and dirt on it from the evening before. We were told breakfast was seven until 11. It is only sered until 10. Also usually a room has info on the hotel/motel, places to eat etc. They didn't. Not worth the $90 I paid. I have stayed for cheaper at nicer places.

Review 53：My door room 220 didnt stay shut unless locked with deadbolt. I didn't realize this and went down the hall & came back to find door wide open. If you wiggled and frigged with it it would shut but who would know to do that. ice machine didn't work. playpen for 20 month old to sleep in was unsatisfactory. Internet was slow and wouldn't stay connected. not worth the money.

Review 55：The wi-fi did not work and when I asked about it they gave me a number to someone who couldn't help me. The noise was unreal and tollerated by staff. We had a 2 year old, 3 year old and 4 year old at the hotel with us and they're sleep was terribly disrupted.

Review 70：We had a great stay with the coastal inn Moncton. The room was roomy and very clean and the only thing I can say negative, and it's not that negative, is that the pool was in a different building but it was worth it.
