Review 1：Nothing at all. Everything as expected.

Review 2：A perfect location directly in the heart of the town. Good coffee and genuine tasty orange juice served for the breakfast along with other fresh stuff.

Review 4：Problem solving. At check-in we got wrong information regarding breakfast hours (receptionist did mistake) so we came too late. They apologized, offered breakfast in our room and gave us a discount at check-out.

Review 5：Staff is bad and indifferent. My husbands mum was ill on the night of our stay and we called the reception to call the ambulance because she fell and was not responding - it was 2 a.m. They said that it is night and to call them in the morning!! Really strange staff.

Review 9：On second day - at lunch time we were informed that the owner had taken a booking for a birthday dinner for 20 people and the restaurant was closed to us for dinner. No plans for giving us dinner somewhere else. Trudged off in the rain at 7.00 pm to find somewhere to eat. A very bad customer experience, will not recommend to anyone and will not return.

Review 11：Evening staff should work on there english to be able to go up against Elisabeth. More English chanels on TV! (only euronews). Make a better passage to the center so you dont have to go in the back alleys.

Review 13：Hotel is located very close to the town center however in a quiet street and just 5 min walk from the most visited sightseeing attraction, Trencin castle. The place is also close to the train station so even if you tarvel by train its very convenient.

Review 14：unfortunately i got the room in the ground floor, and everybody from the street could see (and with no very big problem also visit) to my room so i didnt feel confortable when i went to the city for walk and left my notebook and other things there (safe is too small for notebook)

Review 16：Choice of breakfast ok, but not personaly my thing. Had to watch my head few times, because of the sloped ceilings :) There could be some soap holder or shelf in the shower. Some toiletries could be nice too. Furniture not very modern.

Review 29：Everything!! The Hotel is perfectly situated just below the Castle and above the main square. It is spotless throughout and our room was extremely comfortable with excellent air conditioning. There is free,off road parking in the Hotel courtyard. The food there is simply outstanding and not over-priced.We spend our days exploring the surrounding area and looked forward to coming back to have dinner at our Hotel. The staff are friendly and attentive. We have stayed in many,many Hotels across the years but this is up there among the best. We could not recommend this Hotel highly enough' If you`re planning on staying in Trencin any time,this is the place to be!

Review 32：Location is perfect in the oldtown. There is a closed parkingplace for your car, so you can go by walk everywhere. Hotel is nice, clean, rooms are comfotable and the food is fantastic in their own restaurant on their own terrace with a beautiful view to the castle. You can sleep with open window because there is no any noise in the small town and the air is very fresh. Beautiful place it is worth to go even for a nice dinner.

Review 53：Very good location, quiet, uphill. Nice and large room, parking on the property. Friendly staff - we could park our car after the room check-out time and visit the castle. Good breakfast.

Review 54：The staff was not that kind, things are changing even in Slovakia, but these changes in staff attitude have not arrived here yet. Upon arrival the receptionist looked stricter than a Chinese immigration officer and asked passports please. Review 55：- Our room was at the ground floor with the windows right into the street. We had to keep the blinds shut all day, otherwise passer-bys would look right into our bedroom. - Hotel is in the pedestrian zone, but there is an exception which allows guests to drive in. This is not a negative, but maybe an useful information for people like us, who do not read e-mail instructions properly and the they are confused :)
