Review 1：Waking up to no power. The room was freezing.

Review 2：The facility is clean, bed is comfortable, great location, staff is friendly, non smoking rooms, price is reasonable and free wifi.

Review 3：Booked a room with a balcony, when I got confirmation it did not say anything about it. So I called to confirm and was assured that the room had a balcony. When my husband checked in it was a room without a balcony. He spoke with the staff who corrected it but still annoying. Also when I booked the room it said that it had a marina view, he had a view of the parking lot in the second room. Did not want to change rooms again. Other than that a clean comfortable room. he reported that breakfast was not very good, very bland.

Review 4：Room service to provided by local restaurant Lombardis .. When I called I was told no room service available as the manager was not in. I did tell the front desk but not much interest there. No ice on 3rd floor.

Review 6：Noise from the trains across the street was disruptive in the morning around 9 am and afternoon evening. (Switching yard) The bed was a little firm for my liking. If you don't like music, the summer may not be the best time as the city sponsors music at the Marina and its pretty loud.

Review 7：Beautiful facility, excellent and friendly staff. Breakfast delivered to your room, huge bathtub, beautiful views of the marina. Ample room, Air conditioning. City sponsored music groups and Sunday farmers market on the pier outside. Private Balcony.

Review 10：The only bad thing was I had a ground floor room apparently close to the elevator and I could hear the elevator going up and down.

Review 11：I liked it's location to the port. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. My breakfast was delivered to my room within five minutes of the time I indicated.

Review 13：I was under the impression that our room would have a balcony. The last time I booked a room we stayed in a room on the south side of the hotel, not much of a view, but you got to sit outside to enjoy the weather. This time we were in a pretty non-descript room on the north side that looks out on the marina. This hotel is WAY off the freeway and may be difficult for some travelers to find, just keep driving toward the waterfront and then you should be able to locate it.

Review 15：The train noise started at 2am and ended around 7am. Beware the hotel is next to a train stacking/staging area. Bring ear plugs if you book a stay.

Review 27：I don't understand what qualifies the room as deluxe, maybe the view. It was an nice, average room without a clock or a channel guide or movie channel. In warmer weather it would be difficult to sleep with windows open, there is a busy freight rail line across the street.

Review 30：We like that this boutique-like hotel is on the marina, and its a nice room, and the most fun thing was delivery of breakfast in the morning, in a sweet basket. A knock on the door, and when we opened, no one was there, but the little basket was delivered, with contents arranged in a really sweet way. That's a bit of charm. And our staff person was great, really friendly and accommodating.

Review 31：Breakfast was a problem. You can only order from a VERY limited menue and it comes to your door in a basket. No place to sitt or order food. You must eat in your room an the only 2 items that could be hot you have to heat up in your microwave oven

Review 33：My first trip to the Inn was for business, I enjoyed it so much I had to bring my spouse back for a relaxing weekend. I was delighted my experience this time was better then last time (which is amazing because my last trip was wonderful) The front desk staff are fantastic, they are attentive, responsive and welcoming. The bed is so comfortable we didn't want to get up. We had a wonderful breakfast basket delivered on time (included with room). We had a ground floor room with an outdoor patio we took our breakfast outside as we watched the boats. Wonderful experience.

Review 34：Very happy with the total experience. Was in town for a fishing tournament and was treated very very well by the staff. Highly recommend and will stay again myself.

Review 88：This is hotel is very close to a busy shunting rail line, noise was extreme throughout the night and impossible to sleep through. Even within the hotel the noise from the room above (we were on 2nd floor) was excessive simply from the guests walking across the floor etc. We did not get the room we booked the hotel arbitrarily changed it. Although the breakfast order was clearly stated the staff got it mixed up. The beds are old and uncomfortable. Housekeeping did not replace soaps or tissues after first dauy we had to phone down. I would not recommend this hotel, book somewhere else.

Review 92：I know this sounds sort of petty, but they don't have any premium TV channels. I was there on business and wanted to relax at the end of the day with a show or two. They give guests a breakfast basket. Mostly processed foods---I realize they don't have a restaurant, but the stuff was just not tasty. Despite these minor complaints, I'm hoping to return during warmer, dryer weather.

Review 101：The noise from the train and other guests. The "view" was pretty laughable. Billed as a Marina View, you look out your window to see a tiny block of docks and boats. Still, it wasn't totally horrible. The decor in the room was very dated, and I wonder if the AC Unit that was in there was actually in compliance with current codes. It felt more like a Motel 6 room, and for the price I would have hoped for more.
