Review 1：Lacking a few things in the kitchen ie.wine opener. Barbecue a little outdated but functional.

Review 4：Unique secluded location. Water on three sides, ninty foot tall palm trees, amazing architecture, most comfy King bed, full size two bed, two bath apartment. Amazing views, gorgeous sunrises and sunsets. All activities we love, surfing, kayaking, sailing or just relaxing on our large covered balcony and watching the amazing variety of wildlife, enjoy our favorite place, too.

Review 15：Our first room was in the section that is being remodeled and we were woken up very early by workmen on the roof above us. We were packing up to leave but while talking to the manager she persuaded us to stay and gave us a room upgrade.

Review 16：The new room we got was remodeled and right on the water, It was beautiful and comfortable, a nice balcony and easy access to the grounds which are also very pretty. We enjoyed watching the sunset every evening and would definitely stay again.

Review 18：The hotel is a bit out of the way and you need a car or bicycle to get around the harbour. This meant peace and quiet and wonderful sea views. The pool area is fantastic with lots of loungers and a spa pool. The whole hotel is being modernised and this will probably increase prices in the future.

Upon checking in wewere charged twice for the same reservation and were given attitude andtold that we needed to speak with a manager, when we asked what time isthe manager in? We were told after 11pm, we told the front desk that ourcheck out time is at 11, she told us that sorry that's all she coulddo. Very frustrating. Also, there is no a/c in the facility becausethey relay on the ocean breeze, during the month of august temps were at95 with 70% humidity it was miserably hot at midnight, so we left ourwindows open in the hotel to get as much as a breeze, saturday night wewere in the room around 11am having some drinks and talking when thefront desk kept calling because we were too loud. So we had to close thewindows and stay in an enclosed hot room to appease the security andnight staff.

Review 40：No elevator. Stairs for my Mom was awful. NO air conditioning. No Fan. This is a NO SMOKING property which the website NEVER mentioned!! My mom smokes and this was an awful experience for her. I thought she could sit on the patio and enjoy herself....but NOPE. I complained so much the manager FINALLY upgraded our room to the Deluxe studio with a kitchen. The first room was a JOKE!!

It was my husbands birthday and we were having friends over for dinner and wanted to make sure it would accommodate. They were very non helpful, they said they were too busy, we should make an appointment. So we did for following Monday. We went over there and no one could help us, we had to wait around for 40 minutes for some one to finally show us a room. They were grumpy and not very friendly. The location is land locked, beach is not accessible, it is 2 miles to go around and get to beach. There were alot of small children.

When we arrived at the hotel my room along with an extensive deposit was immediately charged to my account and took 5 days to be refunded to my account. Along with a broken master bed was disappointing to discover late in the night ready for bed.

Review 57：The view and location was amazing! The two bedroom suite was very roomy and had a walk out from the slider to waterfront rocks of the harbor. With the broken bed, we were offered a downgrade bed. With that being a dissatisfaction the next day we were offered a 20% off discount on our room.

I had to move my travel dates because of a family emergency so I called the hotel directly and they said it was no problem, bit when I showed up the dates had not been changed so they had already charged my credit card for 1 night and did not have my reservation for the day I arrived. Luckily the front desk staff got things straightened out and a room ready for us pretty quick.

Review 63：Great view from room! The pool and hot tub were perfect temperatures and nice and clean. The room was large and comfy, we felt at home and the kids had plenty of room to spread out.

Review 64：The two bedroom suite had an outdated worn out kitchen with a dishwasher that had broken buttons. The pullout couch was falling apart and dirty with food stuck on the cushions. The patio blinds were broken and kept falling off. Our biggest issue was the tile floor, upon arrival it was filthy everywhere like it hadn't been swept in awhile. Which you would think would be clean if you just arrived, but it was not and very dirty. The rooms inside the main building seem to be updated so those might be better to look at when booking.

Review 65：The location is beautiful. Our 2 bedroom suite had a view of the marina and the sliding door walked right to the edge of the marina. It was a beautiful view for our stay and the room was very spacious.

We were able to feel the cool, ocean breeze with the windows open, but it was not enough to cool the whole unit. The continental breakfast offered only yogurt, cereal, and sweet pastries. There were not enough offerings for people with different breakfast preferences (eggs, sausage, etc.)

Review 96：An exceptional location with marina views on one side and ocean views on the other side. Beautiful grounds and nice pool area. Our large balcony looked directly over the marina. Good restaurants close by and a lovely stroll around the marina to the beach and into the town.

Review 97：This was the worst experience I ever had. When we first arrived the first room we checked in was not clean. We had to move to another room. The rooms was not what you expected for the amount of money being charged, But of course it was all about the location location location. In which was awesome!!! The second room had a odor we couldn't take, we had to check out. What was suppose to be a three day family reunion there turn into a nightmare, we had to check into a holiday Inn instead. (Thank god), the staff first said it was smoking in the room where no one smoked!! Then after that was told I was getting a refund. Once home after a week hold still on my credit card. Spoke with manager said pillows was stolen ( they have to be kidding ) I thought. Hold finally released for $588 after 2 weeks.

Review 121：Rams need to be updated and clean better. They don't provide you with any information as far as TV Guide or how to work anything in the Rooms. Kitchen utensils are you there broken or lack there of. Our bed was like sleeping on springs it was so hard and uncomfortable I have back problems by my third day! Door handle in the bathroom was about ready to break off Fossett sprayer in the kitchen sink didn't work. shower water would work sometimes. You have to keep turning it on and off for it to come on Fully.. by the fourth time it usually would work. Only one BBQ grill works out side. For the money I paid I feel like it ruined our vacation and I got ripped off.. When I told the staff all I got was we replaced all the beds with pillow tops.. My reply was well you forgot a room. The room was like going back to 1970s.
