Review 3：Not being oceanfront, the view was good but the beachfront hotel blocked quite a bit. We would be willing to pay more for a room on the 4th or 5th floor for a better view.

Review 5：We scheduled in November and we asked for a room with a kitchen we had one the year before it was our 7 year wedding anniversary and when we got there they told us that we were on second floor with no kitchen so all the food we brought to cook went to waste.

Review 11：The bed was great, the room was large enough, it was generally very clean except that we found coffee spilled down a window sill and onto the walls and curtains.

Review 12：We had a fireplace-good, we had no comfy chairs to sit on in front of fireplace. The room contained one hard hide-a-bed sofa to sit on and one desk chair. Never in all my years going to the coast have we not had comfy chairs. There was no table to play cards or a game on. Again a first for us. We asked the management if they could give us two chairs they said NO because we had not booked directly with them. We have had other motels fix issues.The crazy thing was they had a stack of games to use but even in the game room there was no table to play them on.

Review 29：The switch for the desk wall socket needs to be marked. I thought it was defective. From a safety standpoint the dispensers in the shower/tub need to be placed on the front of rear wall. I did fall while there but outside the tube. If I would have been inside the tube I probably been hurt by striking them. The fall had nothing to do with your unit. I have a balance problem from an injury. Another thing that might be helpful would be a handle to help older people get up out of the tube. Again--not a complaint just suggestion. A couple other problems existed but were addressed when I left. They were working on them when I went back to retrieve the coat I left in the closet. Again--I do plan on coming back. The parking is a bit tight for pickup trucks and the exit driveway could use some marking. It is a really steep down grade and hard to see if you are lined up while leaving the unit.

Review 30：The bed was very comfortable. Loved the fire place in the room. The room was very nice and clean. All of the staff was exceptionally nice and helpful. The spa tube was very nice in the room and was good on my back after the long drive. The stay was nice and I do plan on doing it again.

Review 31：Beautiful ocean view. Breakfast delivered to room. Elevator available. Fireplace in room. Real glasses and wine glasses were in the room, along with a daily candy dish of saltwater taffy. Next time we will bring our dog because the hotel is very pet friendly!

Review 32：Loved the outdoor hot tub and breakfast brought promptly at the time requested. Also, although we didn't partake, thought the wine hour hosted by hotel was a very nice touch.

Review 34：Excellent staff! It's so refreshing to be greeted with a smile and have everything explained to us upon arrival. This place goes above and behind for guests and dogs!! And breakfast delivered to our room was Awesome!! The extra attention to detail from the free taffy in our room, games and movies for all to enjoy, very cool hot tub area and on making guestscomfortable was exceptional.

Review 35：The room was very stuffy and had to air it out whenever we came back in after being out. Internet extremely unstable. Needed stronger fan in bathroom - it was like no fan at all.

Review 37：In all our experiences of motels and hotels this was the absolutely the worst mattress that we were forced to sleep on. Even after telling the front desk about our concerns we feel like the issue was not seriously taken care of. We will never go back or recommend to anyone this place. We thought it would be on the same par as our experience with Looking Glass Inn it was not even in close.

Review 47：Ok, the parking is so tight. There isn't really an ocean view, it's parking lots and buildings with a view between buildings. The hotel is built very cheap, so you can hear the other guests pretty clearly. Our upstairs neighbors walked on their heels and it was very annoying. The bed was not comfortable and it was so loud to move around in, like it was plastic. Saturday morning is garbage pick up, bright and early, right outside your window. Touch up painting wouldn't hurt in the rooms. There was hair on our toilet seat and the coffee pot wasn't cleaned out from the last guest.

Also wine in lobby/library from 5:30 to 6:30 in the evening. It's also a 2 minute walk to a lovely restaurant but that's another story.

Review 82：The outside patio was very small and the patio chairs were Adirondack style so we could not set upright in them. I like a firm bed, so the bed was a little soft for me, but my wife liked it. There is no room air conditioning.

Review 85：The only negative experience I had, was when leaving the hotel, the driveway has a steep exit ramp that scraped the underside chassis of my vehicle. I would hope that issue could be addressed by the time we return.

Review 86：There was so many things I liked about our stay, one small thing that made a big impression on me was they had a shower hose & head combination in the tub. And the tub was a jacuzzi. Also they had complimentary white robes to wear after your shower, that were available to purchase if you wanted to take one home with you.

Fortunately, I emailed the hotel and asked about the view and Cindy answered me right away and gave me a heads up. I was unable to cancel my reservation but at least I knew what I would be getting.

I was also disappointed that the ocean noise was disturbed by all the delivery trucks for the restaurant. The wifi wasn't the greatest, and the TV was too far from the bed so you had to go to the foot of the bed to change channels. While it was nice that breakfast was brought to our room, I would have preferred more choices for breakfast and pulp free orange juice.

Review 109：We wished the hot tub would have been bigger (really only room for 2 people) and wished it would have been covered, it rains 60% of the time at the coast, cover is good.

The bed was the most comfortable bed I have EVER slept on and I loved the soft squishy pillows and the sheets were luxurious. The room was so spacious too! We had a great view of the ocean and had fun also people watching.

So no bkfst day 1, day 2 delivered and put in fridge for next day as requested, day 3 delivered and left out all day, day 4 forgotten despite checking in evening before.

Review 129：We went to stay here our honeymoon and it was absolutely perfect. Every single thing about this hotel was perfect from the ocean front view to the room service breakfast in the morning. Wine time in the early evening was a great chance to meet new people. We will definitely love to return to Lincoln City one day and maybe even bring our children next time :)

Review 130：By far my favourite hotel I've ever stayed in! We got a free upgraded room to one with a balcony overlooking the ocean - at night we could sleep with the screen door open hearing the waves crashing. Loved the breakfast delivered to our room and also the salt water taffy in the room :)
