Review 1：Staff were unhelpful - wouldn't even look at our tv remote which didn't work. Floors were dirty. Beds were small and uncomfortable (leaning to the side).Pool was empty.
Review 2：The only good things were the cable tv, air conditioning and location - 2 blocks from beach and 2 min walk to 7/11.

Review 11：Of course this is a budget place with very low standards. Don't expect too much from here. Usually, you will have to park offsite about a block away. We heard conversations from neighboring rooms. And the bathroom looked kind of gross, so we didn't even want to take a shower.

Review 20：The bed looked like it came from a dumpster, torn & dirty. The toilet was clogged. Bathroom sink was leaking. Room smelled like smoke and mold. Mold visibly growing in bathroom. Staff was nasty and refused a refund until threaten with a call to health dept. then gave partial refund. Not safe for humans or animals to sleep in. Should be condemned. I will notify proper authorities about the deplorable conditions. Drove home in middle of night rather then staying there.

Review 24：Drunk college kids throwing bottles and cigarettes in pool. Broken pooltiles. We didn't realize at first how discussing the pool was andallowed our son to take a swim. After realizing how disgusting the poolwas we made him get out, he agreed it was gross. But, it was too lateour son was vomiting for the next two days.Door coming off hinges, room had a strong bleach smell, no carpet, tiled floors, and broken furniture. Toothless people hanging out on balconies. Cracked Moldy Tiles and Roaches in the Bathroom. Thin Mattresses, sure there were Bed Bugs. We would sleep in our car, rather than sleeping here. Do not bring your children or yourselves! What a horrible hotel!!! Still get queasy when thinking about this place. This is what we got for $300.00 for the 4th of July :( We would not stay the night and spoke to manager and was reimbursed most of our money, but not all. Didn’t Care, Just Wanted Out of There! We should go after them for our son’s doctor bill!! STAY FAR, FAR AWAY! A RATING OF 1 IS TOO HIGH, WHAT A DUMP!!!!

Review 28：There was no hot water, the locks on the windows were broken, furniture was falling apart, A/C sounded like an 18 wheeler, parts of the floor were filthy, front door was difficult to lock (had to shove the dresser in front of it to ensure no one could get in).

They didn't turn on the water before we told them there was no water. The bathroom was so small that the toilet was almost unusable. The bathroom hasn't been cleaned in what looks like months. The towels they gave us had stains and crust on them. We were so uncomfortable in the bed we decided to use our beach towels as blankets instead. It was by far the worst travel experience I've ever had and I recommend going to the sunburst motel, or the anchor inn, or anywhere but here this was truly awful.

Review 36：We went down for memorial day weekend and didnt get any sleep because of people standing out front of our door screaming until 6 am. No phone in room and no remote for the TV. There were only 10 stations and the volume also controlled the channel button. Rooms are smaller than they look in pictures and its almost impossible to use the toilet because its in a small corner up against the wall. There was a list of rules at check in but they were clearly not in forced. Paid $280 for one night.

Second room we were given had slightly less mold (I guess all of them were like that) and lights in the bathroom did not work. We gave up asking for another room and skipped showers all together. Previous folks who stayed wrote a note about mold and taped it to the bathroom door. Motel's cleaning staff did not even bother to remove it ... And don't get me started on the sheet. Stay away from this place. I regret till this day that we did mot leave since neither of us could sleep anyway. I have stayed in a number of 2 star motels, but never saw a more run down and disgusting place.

Review 46：There was a domestic dispute between two guests outside when we arrived and management did nothing to resolve it. The sheets were hairy and had not been washed or changed. The shower was extremely dirty and the room was cramped and smelled terrible. Stay at your own risk!

Review 48：The hotel staff is not friendly, there was a wet beach towel in the floor of our bathroom that was just left there, the bathroom ceiling leaked and the entire room was stuffy. The pool patio was full of cigarette butts and it was not clean. I don't think I would stay there again. It's worth paying a bit more and stay at a better place.

Review 50：forced to stay local because owner of motel had someone park me in and then told ME to go knock on the door to tell person to move the car so I can leave. Door locks worked poorly and almost got locked into the room. room had 3 beds but was told to use only one.(thought I rented a room not a bed). no other furniture in room other than 3 beds and a nightstand with a lamp that had no light bulbs.Although the room was old and in disrepair, it really wasn't dirty. motel manager was not friendly at all and breakfast consisted of an open stale bag of cheerios and a few cookies that could have been used as hockey pucks. If at all possible, stay away.

Review 60：The shower was not clean. The shower curtain had mildew at the bottom. I saw some ants in the bathroom also. The head board was not attached to the bed and it was extremely uncomfortable, tossed and turned all night, woke up with a backache. Every time you moved on the bed it could be heard on the boardwalk.The microwave did not work. The refrigerator and microwave were not clean. Never again will I get a room there unless it's remodeled and cleaned up. It's not worth $10.00 a night. Money wasted on that dump. I told everyone I know not to stay there. The picture of the room on the web site is not the room u get. Shut the place down untill you can provide a clean environment for your guest.

Review 114：You get what you pay for. We were in room 4, the size of a closet, ants everywhere, lopsided bed, ridiculous bathroom. No microwave when we arrived although they did provide us with one when asked. Old tv, four channels no remote. The toilet is maybe 8 inches from the wall. Whoever designed that must think you sit sideways?! Loose tiles in very small shower and outlets didn't work as well. I do not recommend this motel to anyone. Spend a few extra for a comfortable nights sleep!!

Review 122：Nothing good about Knights inn.Room is about 120 square feet.There was nothing except bed,tv,fefrigerator,microwave.There were no chairs.table,closet.The floor made of cold tiles.no any rug, toilet placed the way you cannot sit on it.Shower cabin is too small for average people.No soap,no any hardware,no glasses.No breakfast in the morning.In whole you cannot imagine anything worse than this room.
