Review 1：Dispute the name Imperial Motel there were 0 Stormtroopers stationed there. (Joking, the place was great)
Review 2：No frills. Paid for a room for the night and got exactly that. The owners are great people and do a great job providing hospitality. Would defiantly book again.
Review 3：The outside was a little rough, but don't judge the quality of the rooms based on the exterior appearance. There were some shady people walking around the outside.

Review 5：The filter in the air conditioner was BLACK, I have allergies, and was afraid to turn it on. There were stains on the mattess pad, that looked like blood or pizza sauce. The towels , which should have been white, were a dingy grey color. We did not sleep very well.

Review 18：When you roll up into the parking lot you'll see a lot of chipped concrete and peeling paint. But it looks like the new owners have concentrated on fixing up the inside, which was more than satisfactory, before addressing "curb appeal".

Review 22：Family owned motel, a couple of miles away from the main attraction in Niagra. The owners and staff were very nice, the service was great, and the fact that it wasn't located centrally was a plus. Great restaurant across the street from the motel (B-Jays) made the return in the evening even more enjoyable. I would definitely recommend for other travelers. Basic roadway motel with good prices and good service (which is what I like in a place I plan to take a shower in and go to sleep).

Review 25：The first night I was there, a couple in a room nearby was screaming at each other which woke me up. The second night, someone was talking loudly outside my room which woke me up as well. I wonder if a certain type of clientele is attracted to a cheaper motel.
