Review 1：No way to make tea in the room. Staff tried but no kettle available. Fruit canned not fresh. 4 people in the room, not enough towels.

Review 3：It's supposed to be a non smoking hotel. 15 days later and I can still bring up the stench of cigarette smoke that seemed to be woven into the walls, linens, and everywhere else. I suffered the effects of the smoke irritation long after we left. Old facility as well. Relayed my displeasure to the hotel staff and corporate customer service during and after, no reply or resolution offered. I'm definitely not staying Best Western again.

Review 5：I have stayed in this facility a number of times and have found it clean, and comfortable and has good access to I-5 without the noise associated. Pleasant, helpful staff and a fine breakfast
Review 6：We had our do not disturb sign up in the mornings until 1130. We didn't have maid service any of the 4 days and we're told it was because of the sign. The day we checked in they were cleaning after 100 so not sure how we missed it the other days. They did give us clean towels when we asked about it and said they would talk to housekeeping.

The receptionist when we first came in was rude thank goodness there was a nice one to help us.
