Review 1：The man that lives there all the time was miserable.people on vacation can't hang out by the pool at 10 on at night afraid to talk because he comes out and tells them he's trying to sleep..ridiculous

Review 3：I have no clue how this place gets raves unless the people who havereviewed have really low expectations, me, not so much when I'mspending my hard earned cash on a vacation and they have tons ofcompetition in this locale surrounding all sides of them. Surprise,there's a deposit of $200 if you do something to the room thatbooking.com doesn't mention and the manager knows booking.comdoesn't mention it, but why bother to update your listing to letpeople know? Seriously? Just the kind of surprise you need on a relaxingvacation, why would you want to not have budget problems on vacation?Duh Also, when checking in you get handed a "rule sheet".That's just what I want when I'm on vacation. While I was there1960 called and wanted their key locks back and I saw a few questionablelooking individuals sitting outside rooms, meaning they appeared to beshady/living there and hotel is totally open to the street andmanager leaves at 5 pm. I am normally very sympathetic to others but itjust made me uneasy with the key locks from 1960 and lack of an officepresence after 5 pm as anyone can come nosing around there off thestreet whenever they like. I kept a chair under the door knob all nightevery night and my phone on. Apparently sitting on the balcony andsmoking is allowed to go on and the walls are so thin the smoke goesright in your room. How about a rule for that or who cares about rulesfor the guest's comfort? Smoke down by the street and don't ruinother people's vacations, even most cruise lines ban smoking onbalconies now. Worse than that is the water flow restrictor on thekitchen sink and shower head. It's very hard to even get the soapout of your hair especially for ladies going out that night or sanitizeyour dirty dishes as you can hardly get warm water out of the sink.Yuck, nasty. Every time someone flushed the toilet I got a nice coldblast in the shower too. Really?

Review 5：It got off to a rocky start with the sofa bed that wouldn't go back in, and the circuit breakers that needed to be replaced, but that was fixed right away. The shower fixture needs attention, most of the water flows from the tub faucet, not the shower.
Review 6：I loved that the place was spotless and freshly painted, newly furnished. The location was perfect.
Review 7：The shower knob was difficult to work... most of the water went down the drain and not out the shower. We bring our own heavy plastic glasses for coffee and around the pool. There is only one wine glass in the unit and 2 coffee cups.
Review 8：Sandy at the front office is very friendly and always helpful. Reservation was exactly as we planned. Renovation has really improved the comfort of the rooms... very pleasant.
