Review 1：Kitchenette was dirty,no hot water handle in the bathroom sink,air conditioning could have been better.
Review 2：For the money, one night stay was ok, we were allowed to park there,for awhile after check,out,and have 3 vehicles.

Review 8：Non-functional kitchen. Garbage never picked up, had to go and ask for towels, later for linen for the beds and lastly toilet tissue. Free Internet that does not reach every room was a waste. The room smelled and air conditioning was not working properly. The door although locked just needed a good pushed and it would open. Waste of money. Not a place for family travels.

Review 11：First room we got was smelly. Seems like it was broken into. Bathroom door did not lock. We rented on a Sunday so we were able to go to office and request another room. Bathroom door lock not do good but it was definitely better. Air conditioning was superior and 1 block from Boardwalk. Small pool but peaceful. No ice do you may have to go to other motel to get done but I believe they are connected to each other.
Review 12：I can't say I didn't like anything but the place does need some TLC. Electric & plumbing really need to be looked at for the benefit of the facility and should consider cloth drapes instead of blinds. Other than that we have zero complaints. It's not a high end place to stay if you're planning to be there longer than 2 nights. The price is affordable especially for the convenient location to everything.

Review 14：Kitchen has absolutely nothing, not a pot, pan or fork. the 3 sofa beds were okayfor our 7.9 and 12 y/o"s but we added a lot of blankets to cushion the springs that are very prominent. Be prepared!

The pool is clean and just right. Beds in the two bedroom unit are relatively comfortable. Fridge is full size and works. Space is very good.

It was fun, they were concerned with noises as long as you were in the room, which was great for us but I would recommend this to family on vacation just some drunk kids in our age group honestly.

Mold growing in bathroom with considerable amount of hair indrain prompting me to scrub the the bathroom with Clorox just to bathemy 4yr old in which I opted to use the boardwalk public shower in whichwas cleaner. Toilet tank had makeshift lid, ill fitting, chips on toiletseat, shower liner full of mildew, Carpets were just a health hazard.Cigarette burns, stains, bad musty odor. Stove had a good 4" ofgrease inside. Refrigerator door off entirely and 3 burners missing.Comforter was stained and smelled like body odor. Sheets stained. ThankGod I brought sleeping bags and my own lines in which I tossed in fearof bed bugs. Day staff was not helpful and couldn't care less.Listed wifi as an amenity but not found. The place could be quaint andpleasant with little money. Also advertises a pool in which was at maxcapacity as per pool and spa operators regulations.
Review 21：Was a bit noisy late night. Not raucus maybe to be expected since it is close to the boardwalk and people have no respect anymore other than people dont care about being loudmouths at 2 in the morning or later.

Review 23：Room was in serious need of renovations. Remote to TV didn't work-volume or off button. Mattress sloped to the center. Stains on chairs made me not want to sit on it. Kitchen was old and dirty. Tub didn't look clean and shower curtain was only fabric. WiFi didn't work in room. Had to sit outside door to get poor signal at best.
Review 24：You cannot beat the location of this hotel. The pool was small but clean.
Review 25：Extremely outdated, from the 60 - 70's? Room was dirty, bathroom was missing parts such as toilet paper holder, towel rods, and the shower curtain had a big hole in it. We could not hang up our wet beach stuff anywhere. The air conditioner had mold in it, wi-fi was too weak to get a signal. Carpet was torn and dirty. We had to walk around with shoes on all the time. Cable TV did not work.
Review 26：There was a pool and it was one block from the beach. They had free beach passes.
Review 27：Kitchen has a stove with one working burner in Room 2, No oven racks in the oven, no pots or pans (even if you ask for them), no microwave or coffeepot, not a fork! We read the reviews and brought our own pillows (not necessary, the pillows were great). Id you have people using the sofabeds (3 in room 2) bring sleeping bags to lay on top of them and under the sheets. The mattresses are paper thin and coil bags. Our kids were comfy with the sleeping bag matts on top. Smart move if we come again would be to bring a frying pan, pot dishes ,silverware.coffeepot and cups.. You may have to sit on the chair outside the office for wifi!
Review 28：Great space, very hospitable service, great location 1 block from the beach. 2 reasonably comfy full size beds Nice hot strong shower, small but big enough every time we went swimming pool, ice at the next hotel over (same owner), sized fridge. Down to earth reasonable, nice people helped with everything.! Quiet nites sleep. One night there were a lot of kids screaming in the pool just near our bedroom window after hours (10:45) and the manager took care of it immediately! Beach tags are available at no charge from the front desk! The tile floors do get sandy but there was a dustpan and broom handy from housekeeping.

After telling clerk about dismal condition of room, we felt they should have discounted it. It was obvious they were getting rid of mattresses and microwaves. Our room 4 should not have been rented out until it was reconditioned. Part of panel was down and there was a picture with a whole in it.

Review 39：Rented two rooms. One room had orange extension cords through the roomto supply electricity to other parts of the room. I'm positive thiswas breaking a number of safety codes. Both rooms had a strong mildewodor and the bathroom ceiling tiles in one room was so blackened withmildew that after our first night the ceiling tiles came crashing downinto the bathtub. It was Prom weekend and they charged rates as if theywere a four star when they were definitely a disgusting 1 star.

We brought our own towels, pillows and then covered the existing beds with our own over-sized sheets and slept in sleeping bags/our own blankets. Never got the WIFI to work, and the kitchen has a tiny fridge/freezer.The one time we turned on the TV, it barely worked. The room had a funk that Febreeze couldn't overcome but you get used to it when being in the room.

Plus location is great, you're right in the middle of everything. If we ever stay in seaside again we're going to the glendale! Staff was friendly and helpful also
Review 55：This motel was disgustingly dirty. There was food on the floor, in the air conditioner. The bath was moldy. The Kitchen Stove was broken. No electric in the one of the bedrooms.

Review 59：They don't clean the rooms everyday so we never had enough towels, ran out of toilet paper often (they'd only give us one roll at a time) elevator was a mess and there was no point in a shower curtain because it was only hanging by the middle! All in all if you're looking for luxery this isn't the place, if you're looking for a place to put your head down at night, it's the perfect place!! It wasn't a bad experience!!!!

Review 63：Myself and a group of friends stayed here for a weekend and it was theworst hotel I have ever seen. We booked an apartment suite, suite number1. Upon arrival we walked into our room and were immediately hit with ahorrible, musty, chemical mixture aroma. There was mold growing out ofthe broken television. The microwave, and toliet also did not work. Theysaid that it rained so thats why the room was in that condition. Therewere dead bugs on the pillow when we got there and when asked about itthey simply gave us a new pillow. We asked about what we could do forthe smell and the non-english speaking maid pointed to a can of Lysol.This place was absolutley disgusting and the staff was extremely rude.Do not waste your money on this hotel.... It is a dump

A lot of noise at night, loud music, the police came twice in one night. The pool heater was broken. The wifi did not work, the window could not be opened, the handle lock on door not very secure.

Either the AC didn't work, the room was a total mess, it smelt like animal urine, visible mold, or the ceiling collapsed on the floor. After moving to our fourth room and causing a scene, he handed us 5 different keys and told us to take our pick. I figured it would be bad, but this was unbelievable. Pay the extra money and go anywhere else.
Review 69：Not much really. It was an inexpensive hotel a half of a block from the boardwalk...all was satisfactory.

Yea right I would never stay there again
Review 96：Rooms were dirty. WIFI only worked if you stood in the parking lot. Young partying kids everywhere, screaming and drinking half dressed on the balcony. Cops were there numerous times but did nothing. Not enough parking for all guests. We left a day early. I'll never go back to Glendale or Seaside Heights!

Review 100：There was noise throughout the night. People were cursing and screaming outside my door until 5 in the morning. The room was dirty and hasn't been updated since 1970. The mattress was terrible. The only good thing was it was a block from the beach. Never stay here.

They really need to invest in upgrading. We left and easily found a decent place not far away. They are charging prices for a good hotel when they are not a good hotel.

Review 109：When we went to go check in there was note on the door, that they would be back in 5 minutes and for immediate assistance go to the motel next door. We waited a few minutes and then went next door. The employee then followed us back to the original hotel and proceeded to check us in, with a lit cigarette in hand. Being two young women we felt uncomfortable about his comments about helping "such beautiful girls" and "no boyfriends tonight?" and how he forgot to lock to the pool so feel free to swim all night. Only some of the pictures are accurate. others are of the adjoining motel. Bed linens were clean and pressed. We were impressed with what we got for our money.... UNTIL... We found a two inch dead cockroach on the bathroom floor. It was right next to the toilet that ran nonstop all night. I had to take picture because I knew no one would believe the size of this thing. My friend wouldn't stay unless she was sure there were no more. Besides a lot of mold on the window frames, I didn't find any other bugs. After that and the way "Jerry" the employee creeped on us, I wouldn't stay again. Not even for $50.
Review 110：This was a last minute booking. We decided to spend another night down at Seaside and a few minutes before Midnight we made this booking. It was the cheapest motel by far, so we booked it.
