Review 1：The roads in the area are not simple.

Review 2：Traveling to visit D.C. was a good location for missing the big city traffic. Public transportation to the city was not far and the staff was very helpful. Also great location for historians.

Review 3：when i checked in the front desk was rude. he was busy watching TV. The couch was so uncomfortable I couldn't even sit on it. The desk chair was broken. The breakfast was terrible, nothing like it was advertised. I don't think I will ever stay in a Best Western again.

Review 5：At 8 am there were a few Hispanic ladies outside our door conversing very loudly. It woke my fiancé and annoyed me. I don't know if it was hotel staff or guests, either way it was the only thing I have to complain about.

Review 11：Housekeeping didn't even clean our room once during our stay. We had to hunt them down just to get clean towels and soap. I'm not happy about that at all. And, we were in town for a wedding so we didn't even spend that much time in our room.

Review 32：I wrote on my reservation that I was handicapped and needed to have a room closest to parking and dining. When I arrived I was given a room on the 2nd floor midway down the hall!! I didn't like that they didn't have an elevator for this.and I suffered carrying all my things up the staircase, making 2 trips. I hurt so badly afterward.

Review 34：Rm 104 was noisy (refrigerator & whine from machinery, maybe dryers nearby). On trip back to NY, had rm 111 - sink filled up with water from another room! Moved to rm 110, which was better. Did not give a discount for inconvenience of moving. Bathrooms are teeny!

Review 36：Because of its central location it seems to be commonly used for visiting college sports teams, given the several colleges in the area. The young people were a bit loud in the hallways and completely took over the breakfast room in the morning.

The hot breakfast was a pleasant surprise as I thought it would be a continental breakfast with just pastries and fruit. It had make your own waffles, eggs, bacon and biscuits with sausage gravy.

Review 38：Having to waite for our room. They did not have a room for us, we had a confirmation. Supposely put us in the managers room. We were late arriving and didn't have much time before we had to leave for the wedding, was very inconvient.

Review 41：I booked four rooms. One did not have a room, but gave them the so called managers rom. One couple went to their room but it was not cleaned. This was a problem since we were all attending a wedding a 5:00 and it was after 3:30 before they got their roms.

I told her that I have copy of my reservation clearly state the date. Unwilling to take extra mile to help since I'm calling long distance. She told me that I must call Booking.Com instead as she got nothing to do with my reservation with them. When I called Booking.Com came to find out that they sent Best Western exact same date that I have in my copy of reservation. Best Western entered wrong date in their computer.

Review 45：It's not the ritz itself, but all of the other places have cleanliness issues, are too expensive for the area, or too far from downtown. If you're doing anything in the area, this is the place to stay. Also the pool is nice.
