Review 1：The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. We stayed Jan 15-17. I not good with names but the two women and the young man who worked at night were excellent!

We found a pair of socks from previous guest beside the night stand, sink was plugged, ac didn't work and floor was not very clean. However, once we informed the front desk, everything was corrected right away.

Review 21：I booked my stay online, no chance to say I had a pet and was booked for corner room with view and fireplace. When I arrived was told I could not have that room so was put in room on back side of motel because of my dog. I was still charged for the original room and also $25 a night for my Yorkshire terrier. I can understand a charge for the dog but $25 a night is extreme and the rooms for people with pets usually smell and have stains from previous pets so there can't be $25 a night worth of any additional cleaning done. I don't think everyone should have to pay the same amount whether it is a St Bernard or a 7 pound Yorkshire terrier. Thanks for your time.

Review 28：Booked a pet friendly room, called ahead to confirm. But when I arrived, I was told I had to take a much smaller room for the same price. After I checked out, they put $250 USD extra on my card the first day, and then another $250 USD the next day. I was never informed of these charges nor did I authorized them. No one from the hotel ever contacted me about it. I called them to try work things out directly. Originally, I was told these were just pre-authorization charges and they would disappear. After I told Carly I would dispute them as duplicated charges I was told that those were actually not mistake but charges she put on my card for some alleged damages that were 100% not there when I left. At this point, I started to record the phone conversation. When I asked for evidence of these alleged damages, Carly said she had documented everything, and would email them to me the next day--but never did. I told her I would dispute these charges, she said if I dispute the charges she would charge me $1000 USD instead. She said it cost her more than $1000 USD to fix the room and I should be thankful she only put $500 USD on my card. I called her again but she was not available. When I called again she finally answered the phone but said she was busy and told me to email her instead. I emailed her but she never replied. My room was $99 a night, with a $80 pet fee. I stayed 2 nights. It was a room with 2 beds, no view, the bathroom sink was located at the foot of one bed, with a small tube TV. It was a very standard inexpensive room facing the parking lot. I stayed 2 nights, and I ended up paying a tiny bit short of $900 USD. I used to stay at the Chinook Wind and never had any problem with them.

Review 41：mold and mildew on the shower curtains, smell of dogs odors in the rooms and hallways . shower tub drain plugged up drainage of water by the time you are finished your shower the tubs half full ready for a bath. we had an accident a glass mug fell into the sink and broke the basin and when we told them they kept us in that room and when we checked out they charged us almost close to 1 weeks rental for the damages on top of our rate. not happy at all. We stay there for a week and did not use their services and we had our personal belongings did not want anyone to steal anything. We put tarps on the floors so we could walk in the room without shoes . door card if for any reason it made contact with your cell phone it would deactivate.

The room that we booked was not as described in the system (not enough beds for 6 people) and when we addressed the issue we were told that we are booking.com customers not the hotel's and that we should have called the hotel directly if we wanted to know for sure what the hotel offers etc. Very unhelpful and unfriendly, with a poor attitude way to treat a customer!!!

It happened to be ready so all was ok, but I was not sure why there was a chance it would not be ready when check in is at 4pm. I noticed dark hairs on the bathroom floor as if it had not been cleaned, but everything else looked clean. The sofa was a little dirty though.

Review 60：This hotel is in a great location with great access to beaches. It is right by a residential area, not in the middle of HWY 101 like most others. It was a 5 minute walk down a hill to get to the beach. It was clean, the room was very spacious, and the beds were comfy (although a little on the soft side). The breakfast was good and the young man working the food room was very pleasant (and he was busy!). As a mom staying with 3 teens, I felt very safe staying here. I would stay again. They had coffee, hot chocolate and hot tea out 24 hours and yummy cookies in the late afternoon!

We were told there was no way she would do that. But would be happy to give us 15 % off our next stay.We dont get away very often so that would have been null.

Review 103：Despite the hotel being fairly empty they stuck all guests directly next to each other. We are new parents with an infant and are sleep deprived enough as it is. We had loud neighbors who came in right after we got the baby to bed and tried to go to bed ourselves. They eventually quieted down but woke us all up around 2 am having very loud sex (after 40 mins we called down to the desk, who then called the room nextdoor however the situation continued for another 30 mins) Which the hotel staff can not control, however seeing that we were a couple with a baby and the hotel was very empty they could have/should have had the foresight to give us a little space. If our baby had a rough night we could have disturbed our neighbors but thankfully she didn't. However our night was very disrupted and uncomfortable because of the situation we were in. We left the hotel very exhausted despite our baby having a good night. It will definitely make me think twice about the hotel next time we got to Lincoln City...simply because it was a negative experience.

I walked down from the top 4th floor to get extra pillows and was told I should have done that during the day--between a funeral and family gathering, when I checked in yeah I was thinking then that I need more pillows. She told me she had to leave the floor and would be repremanded for doing so, told me she had to walk all the way up to the 4th floor and back with two more pillows. I don't want her to get in troube, but would suggest 2 persons on duty at night also to serve as a safety matter also and to watch the front desk.

Review 114：Even though liberty inn isn't on the beach it is a 2 block walk with good access. Close to the casino. We stayed in a king room. We had a dvd player. Few hotels in Lincoln city have them. For us . This is a big plus. It was clean and comfortable. We have stayed in Lincoln city a lot over the years for the money this was a very nice place to stay. We will stay there again.

Review 115：light in the bathroom was flickering and when I asked that it be fixed they told me that the maintenance man had gone home for the day, I told them that was not acceptable and they were eventually able to get someone to fix it.

Review 118：Unfortunately I wasn't too impressed with the "forest view" from our king suite. Most people assume a "forest view" is actually a view of a forest..not a parking lot with some trees behind it and a neighborhood up the hill. Also wasn't impressed with the check out and check in time, 4pm-11am doesn't seam to do enough justice for what i paid.

Review 119：Loved it!! The pool and hot tub were very nice,clean and decently well sized. The breakfest was awesome and had a wide range of foods to choose from. The hotel was also very quiet making it easy for a good night rest. I got the king suite and loved it, it was large, and fit me,my boyfriend and our 18 month old son comfortably! Id suggest this to any friend or family! Definitely worth the money!
