Review 1：The room, bathroom and walk in closet are all very spacious with good quality finishes. The oval deep bath was amazing! The room is decorated with good taste with lots of natural light and air. The furniture is top quality and beautiful. The mattress and bedding are of good quality. From the bay window in the room have a stunning view.
Review 2：The honesty of the host to say that they were expecting a noisy party the same night as our booking; giving us the opportunity to cancel or stay at a reduced rate. This shows the kind of integrity that is seldom seen and as a result I would not hesitate to recommend Grande Vista
Review 3：The welcoming was very awkward. We were shown to our room by a young girl who didn't really know what was going on. She barely said anything and just gave us our keys and left without making arrangements for our breakfast the next morning. Furthermore, it would be nice if they could use proper tomato sauce (like Heinz or All Gold) for breakfast. The cheap bright-red tomato sauce didn't match with the otherwise fantastic breakfast.

Review 20：Lack of hospitality from our hostess Cheryl . We felt very uncomfortable. During check in we were told that we could have breakfast in the room if we wanted, then the next morning when we asked for room service we were told that they rather we not have breakfast in the room as we might spoil the furniture. The place was also deserted on Christmas Day with no staff available, we felt very unsafe all by ourselves in the property. Although it's a beautiful place I would not stay there again or recommend it. I think it would be a nice place if you passing through as a stopover for one night, but for a week, we wished we could have cancelled our booking and stayed in another place more friendlier.

Everything seemed very unorganized, when he arrived he booked usinto our room. I asked if there is wi-fi available he told me that hewill get the code from his service provider. We left later on to go andenjoy supper in town, on returning back we asked him again about theconnection, he said that we have made a mistake with the booking and theroom was booked only for one person. When I did the booking withbookings.com I was under the impression that it was a room rate and notper person. We requested our money back and offered to seek for otheraccommodation, whereby he refused. The moment you open your bedroom doorthe dogs entered the room, so if you dont like dogs in the house, stayaway from this place. The owners children opened our door at threedifferent occasions. During the night the lights in our room tripped andthere was nobody to help us. All the owner could say the whole time is" I am sorry". He also told us that previously he owned arestaurant, and he knows that when things go wrong it goes wrong. Will Iever stay there again? Never!!!!!
