Review 1：Bed was comfortable, room was clean. Like that there is tile flooring in the halls and laminate in the room. These products are so much easier to clean than tradition wall to wall (grungy) carpet.

Review 4：The room we stayed in was a very comfortable non-smoking king room. Yet, despite there being an obvious area for a refrigerator and microwave, an alcove with two sets of outlets, one low and one higher up where you could stack a microwave on top of a room size refrigerator, there was not either of them in the room. While not a massive deal breaker, it is nice to be able to reheat food, cool drinks, etc. There was also not a coffee maker. I did not ask if the room was still being furnished, as it looked as if it had been redone quite recently. Plenty of restaurants in the area.
Review 5：Price, interior of rooms is a welcome surprise, bathroom was fantastic. Bed extremely comfortable, plenty of towels and pillows without asking, lady at front desk helpful and friendly. Plenty of restaurants in the area.
Review 6：There was a mixup with the type of room. I wanted handicap. Was not an option on booking.com when I reserved so I put it in notes. When we got there the room wasn't handicap so the clerk switched us a no extra cost.
Review 7：Was charged full price for a room despite having made prior reservations through booking.com! When three attempts were made to number provided - I was told wrong number, too google it and subject hung up. Phone number was number used on booking.com! Only good thing to say is despite being told I had no reservation even showing the woman my booking number on my phone, there was one room available. Will never book of visit here again! Ever!
