Review 3:-Everything was clean -Everyone of the staff was very nice and helpful to us. -The Hotel gave bikes for free to Explorer the city. - Really good massages at the Spa of the hotel and god prices for couples.

Review 5:This hotel is just perfect, the facilities are 5-star, staff are soo kind and prepared. Rooms are HUUUGE, well decorated, bed is soo confy. Breakfast is just perfect, so many options you just dont know what to take. Location is perfect, near everything. I mean For what you pay, this hotel is just perfect!
Review 6:- Would prefer a shower instead of a bathtub / shower in the bathtub - Woke up from other travellers making noise outside in the hallway
Review 7:- breakfast buffet - very friendly and helpfull staff
Review 8:The staff were friendly and helpful, we only stayed one night, but they were more then happy for us to use the bikes and take a shower after we had checked out.
Review 9:Staff are so friendly and accommodating. The location and room was fantastic. The breakfasts were excellent with great variety. I would recommend to others. L
Review 10:Bathtub shower. Could be difficult for older clients.
Review 11:Friendly staff. Comfortable room.Good choices for the breakfast buffet. We ate in the restaurant the last evening and the waiters were very helpful and friendly. Our bicycles were securely stored during our stay.
Review 12:We stayed in a "double room with cityview." The room was comfortable and the mattress was good. The room had a little too much furniture for its size,(one chair less would have been better) and I found I was knocking myself on the furniture. The staff were friendly and well trained. The breakfast was excellent and we enjoyed the "welcome drink".
Review 13:Nothing to complain about.
Review 14:Arrived early in the morning with train and got a twin room to share with our friends for a nap and a shower. Got our new room later same day. Excellent service and hospitality great breakfast and staff. Recommend this hotel to all.
Review 15:The bathroom tiles around toilet need a deep clean.
Review 16:This is how to do 4 star hotels. Comfortable beds and pillows, very friendly staff, amazing buffet breakfast,a must stay in HCMC
Review 17:The wifi was pretty spotty the whole time we were there.
Review 18:Very nice hotel with an exceptional staff. We stayed here for 3 nights and enjoyed all of them. A lovely restaurant in the hotel and a great location to stay to see all of the city by foot.
Review 19:It is not worth paying extra for a room with a view: you will not have a view on the river or the citadel (they are too far away)
Review 20:Good location. Excellent breakfast. Excellent value for money.
Review 21:We really liked the hotel, our deluxe room with a king size bed and a nice view of the city, the staff which was really friendly and the food. The breakfast was also good. I strongly recommend this hotel.
Review 22:Only one running machine is in gym.
Review 23:Staffs are warm and kind. Facilities are well prepared. The view from dining area is great. Local foods and western foods are well prepared for breakfast buffet. Gym is clean and tidy.
Review 24:just 1 night there! But you can do the city in 1 walking day: Imperial City, taxi 5 bucks to Thien Mu pagoda & temples, then same to old university, and a evening walk along the riverside Le Loi Bd till the rest & pubs area close to hotel.
Review 25:Well located, very clean, enough space, nice view from superior floor, very kind staff prepared with a good city map and some tips if you ask, good breakfast in their panoramic restaurant, received an early check-in after our night train from Hanoi. Recommended! They can arrange a car to Hoi An for 50-53 bucks (instead of train) with 4-5 very interesting stops: Long beach (Chinese beach, good pearl deals), mountain pass road and former border, Da Nanag 3rd Vietnamese city (nice photos) and Marble Mt. (take 1H to clinb to all temples & gardens there -amazing!). Excellent value for a 4 star hotel at 35 bucks!
Review 26:The breakfast buffet could be better in terms of variety and quality control (e.g., main dishes were the same and we were served stale bread on Christmas day and on my last day!). When you leave the restaurant, the strong smell of the kitchen stays on your clothes.
Review 27:My train from Hanoi arrived early and they made an effort to accommodate me right away. They also welcomed me with a fruit platter, which was a nice touch! Staff were very attentive and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable with big windows. My balcony had a nice view of the city. I had a great stay!
Review 28:I got in late and the lights to the hotel were turned off, hard to locate in the dark.
Review 29:The room was very nice, plenty of hot water, A/C worked good and food was excellent. Not to mention the staff who worked very hard to make my stay enjoyable. The hotel is easy to locate and near restaurant and clubs.
Review 30:The swimming pool is very small (only 2 people can use it simultaneously).
Review 31:Staff was very efficient and friendly. Nice welcome with drinks and fruits. Excellent views from our room.
Review 32:For the price we paid what we got was amazing! Beautiful rooms, attentive, genuine staff, a fabulous breakfast spread with an impressive view and central location within the city! The gym and pool were a great addition too to stay fit and escape the heat!
Review 33:The air conditionning was too high, specially in the restaurant, at breakfast!
Review 34:Excellent staff! Excellent situation, and excellent breakfast. Big and clean romos. Perfect situation. A really very pleasant hotel.
Review 35:We loved everything abotu the hotel. A true 4star level of service. The bedding was EXCELLENT, so was the bathroom. The staff was exceptionally helpful in helping us rent motorbikes, provide free bikes, give directions etc..
Review 36:Very helpful and very friendly staff. They made us feel very comfortable. Good location, close to the backpackers area (bars and restaurants). Amazing room and great value.
Review 37:Yes - I had booked airport pickup and confirmed by e-mail reply to the marketing manager - I was not met at the airport and hired a taxi - the manager on duty failed to find my confirmation e-mail until I logged in to their system and displayed it. At least, I felt I should have received an apology from the marketing manager to whom I replied.
Review 38:Perfectly clean and comfortable . Food well presented and fresh. Swimming pool & staff very helpful.
Review 39:We really enjoyed our stay at the Cherish hotel. It is in a great location, handy to shops, restaurants and nightlife. The hotel is nice and modern with great facilities. We enjoyed an evening massage in the onsite spa. The staff were really friendly and go over and above to help make your stay enjoyable
Review 40:- the bathro was a little bit uncomfy - shower was too weak
Review 41:- very friendly staff - extremely well located - best breakfast we had in vietnam so far
Review 42:Shower and bath combo with no shower curtain resulting in water getting everywhere. Also when staying don't turn the thermostat above 24 deg the heater will kick in instead
Review 43:Breakfast was great with a wide selection appealing to all.
Review 44:Doors of the room are not very soundproof… but was not a big problem for us as other guest were not really noisy
Review 45:We had room with balcony in the 7th floor. Very nice view from the room as well from the restaurant. Huge breakfast buffet, one of the best! Massage and the spa location was also very relaxing with very polite staff. Taste the royal tea, very good!l Generally staff is very helpfull, we booked aswell pickup from airport and further tour to Hoi An, both driver were very good and could even give some information.
Review 46:The building of the hotel itself isn't charming - but it is one of those admirable facts: they managed to make a great hotel out of an OK building by having comfortable rooms, good breakfast and impeccable staff.
Review 47:The room is very comfortable, right size, very clean, the staff is extremely helpful and professional
Review 48:No down side with regard to the hotel, but Hue is definitely worth two nights/
Review 49:This hotel was excellent from the moment you arrived to when you left everyone was so courteous willing to please. The Royal Dinner was something to experience, magnificent presentation and succulent until the last mouthful. Will definitely recommend.
Review 50:-The restaurant has a top rating but when I went there it was empty and very dark (uninviting). It's not a major concern just disappointing and was the only thing keeping me from awarding 10/10.
Review 51:-Staff are excellent! It would be hard for me to name more than a few hotels with more attentive staff. -The location is great, close to almost anything you would want to see or do in Hue. -Rooms are clean and rooms have every thing you would need is there.
Review 52:Friendly, helpfull staff. Airco didn't work one night, it got fixed right away the next morning. Small pool but very welcome nevertheless after a hot day. Nice view over the city from the breakfast room. Free bikes.
Review 53:Nothing!
Review 54:The staff were attentive, central location and the breakfasts were amazing. Such a comfy bed and we had the most relaxing massage in their spa. Blown away by the value for money.
Review 55:Everything! Arrived really early after a night bus and they got a room ready for us in 10 minutes, while we waited they brought us fruit juice and fruit. Rooms were really nice, clean comfy beds. Breakfast was also really nice. there was a storm in the evening and the staff in the restaurant let us up into the roof so we could get a better view! Staff were so friendly, all of them! Would stay again 100%
Review 56:The pool was having some work done to it so could not go for a swim
Review 57:Great Breakfast & Very nice and helpfull Staff Comfortable room clean and a good size
Review 58:Slightly bizarre arrival. We went to the reception on the 1st floor and was told the check in desk was on the 10th floor. Check in seemed more about them selling us tours than anything else. Breakfast was just okay. Not a massive amount of choice and not the freshest, but fine for the money. There's a small gym which would be great although they don't have the air con on unless you ask so it's unbearably hot, the cold water is hot enough to make tea with and they will tell you to be quiet if anyone is having a spa treatment!
Review 59:Room was very good for the money with everything you might need. Spa was very good. Wifi is reasonably good. Cherish is handily located about 30 mins walk from the train station (5 mins by motorbike or taxi) and 10 minutes walk to the backpacker area, where many of the bars and restaurants can be found. All in all a pretty decent place.
Review 60:We have a problem with payment using foreign credit card. But there are other payment option available.
Review 61:Ms. Tram help arranged our journey to Hoi An seamlessly. The location and service make this hotel stand out from the rest.
Review 62:Had several power outages. There was some unusually bad weather. These were a nuisance but not horrible. Hoi An is in an area prone to have a lot of rain in the monsoon season. Need to know that if travelling in the central coast area especially Nov and December. The area is really nice but monsoon season is WET.
Review 63:Staff were very friendly.Always greeted warmly. Food was good.would recommend overaall6 mi
Review 64:I enjoyed the entire stay at the hotel, nothing I didn't like!
Review 65:Excellent service and facilities. Staff were helpful and nice! Spa was excellent yet cheap and affordable! The rooms looked new and very clean.
Review 66:The staff of the hotel booked bus tickets for us, they went to the agency in person to buy them. We had a laptop for free in our room which was very helpful to look for some info about the city. Great buffet breakfast!!
Review 67:Nothing.
Review 68:The staff was great and the hotel is very beautiful and well located. They also have a paper with all the recommendations (restaurants, tailor shops and etc) that makes everything easier.
Review 69:everything perfect
Review 70:The hotel is one of the best ones I have been in Vietnam. Excellent price for its services: comfortable rooms, spa, very good restaurant and the best breakfast you can imagine. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly. The barman Steven spent long time explaining us things about Vietnamese food and Hue and Andrew (Mr Cuong), from tour office, has helped us to get a big amount of money we were charged twice by a travel agency in Hanoi. He translated everything for us and did everything necessary (even after coming back home) until we got the money back. Very professional. Thanks Andrew!
Review 71:Breakfast needs to cater for Western travellers better. Is it really so difficult to buy and train staff to use an espresso machine?
Review 72:Modern, clean, well-appointed rooms, close to river.
Review 73:Swimming pool was not operational. The door to our balcony didn't lock and our bedroom door had to be pulled closed firmly to make sure it locked
Review 74:Well located hotel with functional well laid out rooms and good bathroom Excellent wifi
Review 75:Nothing! Extraordinary hotel!
Review 76:Location is really good, atm and restaurants are nearby. The hotel staff was very welcoming and friendly. Our room was on 6th floor and it was very quiet. Large room, nice bathroom, bed was great and cosy. WIFI is working very well and they even provide a laptop which was comfortable for us. We had massages in the spa and used the pool as well. Pool could be more modern but is was totally okay. Massages were great and not expensive. Breakfast was great - continental, vietnamese, american, french - all you desire is there! We enjoyed it a lot. We booked a private car through the reception and got a qualified recommendation. All in all - great place to stay!
Review 77:The wifi wasn't great - we tried face timing our family and the connection keep cutting out.
Review 78:The staff and level of customer service that they provided was fantastic - one of the breakfast waiters called Steven was so helpful and enthusiastic about his country - he gave us inside tips on the best places to try street food and when to go. The hotel was very clean, comfortable and had food facilities eg gym and small pool.
Review 79:The staff were incredibly helpful with advice on local sights and how to get to and from them. Nothing was a problem and it was a pleasure to have stayed here.
Review 80:The pool is tiny and walled-in. It gets no sunshine and there are only 2 chairs available. We were originally told we would have to leave our expensive racing bicycle on the street or in the lobby because it couldn't come to the room.
Review 81:The spa is excellent with clean rooms and knowledgeable masseuses. Most of the staff were very attentive and helpful. The location is perfect for walking to restaurants or the citadel. Breakfast buffet each morning had decent selection.
Review 82:Like every hotel, the prices as the bar, although certainly not abusive, were high compared to those at the local bars and restaurants. They also had a bit of trouble making most of the cocktails, but I found that to be true at most places except the larger restaurants in Vietnam.
Review 83:Honestly, I was absolutely delighted with my experience from start to finish. The spa massage was excellent at a terrific price. They even provided every room with a free loaner laptop!
Review 84:We were given a brochure of trips when we first arrived and spent some time choosing what to do. When we asked to book something we were told it wasn't available and they tried to up sell us on a different trip. The sales tactics were a little much, but they were helpful in getting us train tickets etc. when we needed them.
Review 85:Good central location. Amazingly comfortable beds. Good buffet breakfast with views of the city. Staff were very friendly but could be a little too pushy.
Review 86:booking sight-seeing tours through the hotel is definitely not the cheapest options: travel agents offer better deals; the hotel pool is way to small for the hotel
Review 87:Comfortable and soft beds, unlike elsewhere in Vietnam; helpfull and friendly staff; very large choice of breakfast options
Review 88:The hotel does have a swimming pool, but it's tiny and you won't want to spend more than 15 minutes in it. We were actually looking forward to spending some time at the pool when we arrived, but the pool area is not very welcoming, so we went straight back to our room after a few minutes. We were also thinking about having some laundry done in the hotel, but looking at the prices we just went to some vendor down the street and paid like a tenth of what the hotel wanted to have. Both are minor issues, but they influenced our overall impression of an otherwise really great hotel. If you don't need a great swimming pool and still have enough clean clothes in your backpack: stay here, you won't regret it.
Review 89:We stayed in the Cherish Hue Hotel for three nights. It's perfectly located, just a few minutes walk to the so-called "European Quarter" with lots of Western-style restaurants and bars, travel agencies, small 24/7 supermarkets, and also very close to the riverfront. The staff was very friendly, although they were not as heart-warming as some Vietnamese in other places we stayed at. The reason may be that this is a rather large hotel with around 100 bedrooms, so it seemed a bit anonymous to me. The room was very nice with a large balcony overlooking Hue downtown, very good value for little money. The breakfast was amazing, the best we had so far in all of Southeast Asia, 10 out of 10.
Review 90:The bed was not so comfortable, here being trying to be perfect. The breakfast choices are very good, but felt the local dishes are modified to suite western visitors
Review 91:Staff, Location. Staff were very helpful and well mannered
Review 92:Lights in public areas turned off at night = feels dangerous fortourists. Also, you must get rubber mats -- or non-slip strips -- foryour bathtub; I fell twice and badly bruised a rib.
Review 93:Gloria in Operations Management was extraordinarily helpful and attendedto my special needs efficiently and effectively. Michael in F&B is avery talented and hospitable manager. The whole "service team"was overall, very special and always made me feel welcome!
Review 94:Swimming pool is a joke (2 by 4 meters, I think) ... Although very promising on the website; No separate shower
Review 95:Breakfast was amazing! Staff was so helpful!
Review 96:The pool is too little.
Review 97:The staff it's very kind, and they help us with our transportations to Danang or the airport. We have a problem with the AC in the room and although we have to suggest a room change they were quick on the change.
Review 98:Nothing
Review 99:Best hotel in Vietnam, we lived in four different hotels during our trip and this hotel was the best, lowpriced, good breakfast, lovely rooms, pleasant staff.
Review 100:Great hotel. Clean, comfortable, quiet, friendly staff that couldn't do enough for you. It was my birthday while I was there and they left a card and cake in my room, a very nice surprise ☺️
Review 101:Great staff, excellent room and breakfast. Good to use the pool when hot. Really enjoyed stay here. We did DMZ through hotel booking service and also citadel etc. was s good experience. Kind helpful staff and management.
Review 102:Staff friendly but a bit too friendly. Sometimes u don't want to feel pressured as soon as u arrive at reception
Review 103:Organised a tour with hotel was a very long day could have missed out some places as we seemed to double back on.
Review 104:The staff have been well trained and could appear cloying, but at least they are interested in helping you. We found the climate too hot for us (end of June) but the hotel is an oasis.
Review 105:Everything about this hotel was spectacular. Hit the 'book now' button without delay. The staff spoke good English. The room was large, with an in-room safe. The bed was billowy and soft. The breakfast was sumptuous- we were spoilt for choice and the view sitting near the picture windows on the 11th floor was out of this world. You won't regret staying here, especially for the price. There are many places to eat near the hotel. Especially try the regional food at Cang Ghe Quan (3 Pho Duc Chinh). Swimming pool was a great way to cool off.
Review 106:We had a balcony room in the 8th floor which was quite large and comfortable. The bed was even soft! It was very hot weather when we stayed, so it was great to retreat into the room under the A/C after a walk around. Unlike some we have had recently, the pool was surprisingly cool which meant we were able to cool off there as well. There was a good buffet breakfast with plenty of choice for both Western and Asian palates. The bonus with breakfast was the great view from the 10th floor while we ate.
Review 107:For the price we paid we were taken a back by the standard of this hotel. Onsite pool and gym with spa for the price of some hostels. The staff were helpful (although a little over bearing) breakfast was very nice and the bed was by far the comfiest we had during our 3 week stay in Vietnam
Review 108:Grand rooms fit for a king. Relatively pleasant view and small balcony but worth the price. Staff are friendly and wifi is fast. Plus breakfast is decent.
Review 109:The only complaint is the laundry charge. They charged about $2.90 per pair of jeans with regular wash (no pressed and no dry clean). The issue was solved when I found 1 out of 2 rare laundry service in this tiny Hue city (the one I found was located around19 Nguyen Thai Hoc st-you will see a small building filled with clothes easily)
Review 110:Staff are friendly and polite. They speak good English, too. The room is of decent size. Bath room is nice with granite counter top and with great water pressure. The best view is from their restaurant where we had free breakfast every morning. The buffet offered a diverse cuisine catering to both Vietnamese and Western folks. They even offered salad and fruit if guests happened to be vegetarian or vegan. Their cook-to-order omelet was also tasty-much better than what I can get from most restaurants in the U.S.
Review 111:Poor wifi that would stop working, seemed worse in the evenings. I had to switch to my personal mobile wifi device to continue booking flights online.
Review 112:In walking distance from a few authentic local restaurants. Nice buffet breakfast.
Review 113:as the Hotel is pretty cheap they will charge you for everything, I had to pay for a water I becouse only the water they place in the bathroom is free not that in the minibar.
Review 114:the comfortable room and a cosy bed - as I stayed in one of the upper floors it was pretty silent at night. If you need a place to relax you should absolutely go for it.
Review 115:As we were only staying for one night we booked a whole day tour for the next day with an english speaking guide. The hotel organised this with a return to the hotel for lunch which was excellent.
Review 116:Staff were a bit smothering we felt a bit like they were holding our hands the whole time. Shower curtain was dirty and breakfast was just OK
Review 117:Great location, comfortable rooms and decent value.
Review 118:Excellent breakfast (also the lunch box as we had to catch the train at 5:30am). Very good value for your money. The staff is very friendly and helpful.
Review 119:Staffs is too suffocating at times. During breakfast, we had a waiter coming at you every few minutes, so we could NOT have a normal conversation as we get cut off all the time. We booked a tour, which was very nice, but yet again, the staff went over board, even tho we refused, they came with us all the way in the city to show us around the places, when i only asked for a map and suggestions. Its nice of them but as westerners we are not use to have a babysitter. If we want to see something else while with them, they are like ''after, come here first''. To much effort can break the nice gesture... Coffee was 20 VND more expensive to all the hotel hotels around the country we have been to (all 4+ stars) City is not worth visiting.... and we only stayed 2 days!!
Review 120:Hotel was clean, comfortable and neat. Rooms are nice, bed very comfortable. Food at breakfast was delicious.
Review 121:Perhaps an extra pillow should be provided- however when we rang up house service did provide some more.
Review 122:Large, comfortable room and very nice breakfast choices. The location allows you to walk to most things and there are local eateries nearby
Review 123:I don't like that they kept my passport during check-in, and didn't return to me till I had to ask on the next day. It's easy to make a photocopy like other hotels. Breakfast is boring.
Review 124:Reasonable price with very good location-easy to find restaurant.
Review 125:Everything was perfect, it is maybe a little anonymous, but a perfect place to rest if you are tired.
Review 126:This is a high level hotel for vietnam standard and the price you pay is really low. A great value for money. The room is extremely confortable and the location conveninent. A deal.
Review 127:Having to take a taxi to get around anywhere.
Review 128:Having the internet with a provided computer was wonderful. The restaurant staff were so gracious and helpful.
Review 129:Everything is perfect
Review 130:Really friendly staff. Perfect air conditioner. Really clean room. When I checking in, the staff is really friendly, they have welcome fruits and drinks. The room has unpaused air conditioner.
