Review 1：Signage around site was very poor. Disabled access to aquapark was inadequate. The biggest slide in the aquapark was not controlled - people weren't leaving enough time for the person in front to descend the slide leading to numerous collisions.

Review 2：Cleanliness of accommodation was great.

Review 3：The noise of the room (a hotel facility located very close to the room that I was given), the very long waiting time to be served in the pizzeria (not really justified by the number of guests at that time of the day.

Review 5：Too far to walk from parking place to hotel entrance when you have lots of luggage. I understand the place wants to be car free for security reasons, but the entrance of the hotel should be placed closer to the parking lots. The whole lay out of the area is a bit strange. No pedestrian short cuts between the villas to the parking lot, makes you have to walk a long d-tour from hotel to parking lot.

Review 6：Clean, big rooms in the hotel. Don't know the standard of the villas. Make sure to get a room facing the lake and not the waste managing area.

Review 7：I arrived late in evening at weekend due to traffic, very tired and needing to eat. I was not told that all restaurants were to close at 9am. Also I was handed heavy bed linen and had to walk long way to my cottage, then make own beds that sheets did not fit

Review 14：Chalet/bungalo had not been ckean when we arrived. The front door was broken and could not be opened from the inside or the outside. We had to gain entry via the patio door which previous guests had left wide open. Used towels and sheets had been left in the bungalow. Bathroom and toklet and everything had not been cleaned. We were lucky previous guest were decent people. When we reported this to the reception, they didnt't kick. Not a sorry or how awful. They just ignored it. i asked for a feedback form .... Was told to send an e-mail. Despite it being end of july and mid holidays. Most of the restaurants and eating facilities at the market dome were closed. No kids animation so to see and only one food place open which refused to serve us kids spaghetty before 12. It was raining and the place had zero atmosphere.

Review 18：food very expensive . you have to pay for all the activities except the pool the houses are very outdated and filthy we lost so much time when we arrived because the first house we had to stay in was full of ants and spiders so they gave us another which was free from ants but not really better and the dishwasher did not work and no air conditioning just made it worse the distance from car park to our the house was very far which means you will carry all your stuff even though there is a road to it but they don't allow you to take your car near the house .

Review 22：sunparks is a great clean, family fun, and the great outdoors. We came to sunparks with our children 13 year old and 1 year old, so much to do around the park, the lake is amazing. We even found a beach

Review 23：The cottage needs maintenance. Toilets leak. Very small TVs. We pre-ordered Sheets and Towels but were not ready in the rooms, we had to carry all those to our cottage walking. We were not allowed to bring in our car to unload the luggage at our cottage, while there were many cars parked right outside the other cottages.

Review 26：The 6 bed villas are perfect for sharing between friends. Kitchen has most things you need (apart from ours didn't have an oven). Supermarket on site for bits and pieces. Plus large open plan living/dining area. Absolute bargain and about a 20-30 Euro cab from Groezrock Festival site.

Review 27：The cabin was not very clean or well-maintained. The shower was broken, the walls and floors behind the beds were disgusting, one dekbed, one pillow, a broom, and fireplace utensils were missing.

Review 33：From the moment we checked in the staff were rude and unhelpful. We were TOLD we couldn't park outside our chalet but only in the allocated car parks although numerous Belgium cars were parked outside their chalets and even on the foot paths (which is forbidden). The only shop in the complex closed too early. They had four restaurants two of which were closed, another stopped serving food at 5pm leaving you with no choice but to eat in their buffet restaurant at a set price which we did. None of the dishes were labelled so it was pot luck what you got and with only one waitress available you were limited as to who to ask for help. We couldn't hire bikes to ride round the lovely complex as we were told we had to book our bikes online before we travelled although this was not made apparent during booking. The swimming pool was dirty, old plasters found in water. The family entertainment in the club house was brilliant if you were Belgium they did not welcome English travel makers at all. We felt very unwelcome and I would not recommend it to anyone and will certainly not be returning EVER.

Review 34：The location was nice and the kitchen facilities were good. The swimming pool was all that was any good for the kids.

Review 35：We couldn't get the heater to work in our cabin, but it wasn't too big of a deal. Our first night there it rained a lot and we were a little chilled. I also didn't like that we had to pay extra for every little activity we wanted to participate in. I guess we could have gotten an all-inclusive package, but didn't know about that until half way through our stay. Also, hardly any wifi and the hotspots were pretty poor.

Review 36：We had so much fun staying here. We loved our little cabin and the pool facilities were incredible. We wish that we could have stayed longer. We also had a problem with checking in, our reservations had been messed up. I had forgotten to print off our confirmation information and we couldn't get online, but the front receptionist was amazing. She went out of her way to make sure that we could still check-in. Definitely made us happy!

Review 39：The cabin we rented was so dirty! No one had cleaned it for I don't know how long. There were spiders and spider's web everywhere big moths lying on the floor and the kitchen utensils was sticky, like the floors. The worst was the horrible smell of strong tobacco smoke. Our bed sheets and towels was stinking after just a few hours and we had to wash them in a laundromat the day after. This accomodation says to have non-smoking cabins but they couldn't live up to it. The staff was very unfriendly when I made a complaint the day after. When I asked for a conpensation she refused and just said that we should have come the night before. We booked the last cabin so she coulnd't have given antother one. We also came late with four tired kids. Worst rathole ever, Don't go there!!

Despite mentioning that I am travelling with a child who is wheel chair based & had mobility problem, I was given a cottage which was 10 minutes walk from main car park. When I made booking I mentioned that I am travelling with a child with mobility problem, but I was informed at the park that Booking.com never passed this information to them.

Review 69：This was our second stay and subsequent appalling experience as far ascleanliness was concerned. The public toilets are no go zone, the villawas everything but clean, a health hazard to be more honest. The placefelt dusty, musty and full of germs. My little girl got bitten byinvisible creepy crawly creatures. The indoor playground was covered indust too. Efforts to keep the place clean are kept to a minimum. Thechildren's bycicles were in very poor condition. No good. Go to theseaside resorts. Don't come here, unless cheap and nasty doesn'tbother you. Sunparks Kempense Meren does not have a quality controllmanager. That much is obvious.

Review 72：I was there for working. Internet is not available in the rooms, and in the hall the power supply are always busy. Moreover the hall is too dark to work. So, at the end, internet is not available at all. The parking far from the hotel is very uncomfortable if you are there for work.
