Review 1：I booked the resort because of the pool and unfortunately the chlorine was too strong in the pool and caused me an itchy rash all over my body the two times I tried to swim or use the hot tub. So i could not really enjoy the pool or the hot tub.This was very disappointing for the $1000 I spent for 3 nights. Also we had to ask for towels every day as we did not have enough towels for 4 people. We also requested a pool view and we got parking lot view.

Review 12：Great secure condo, nice and private, gated access so nice and safe, right on Duval street, but top quiet end. There are restaurants beneath the complex and a small grocery store (nice cold beer fridge, you must go inside!) hot tub was great! nice sized rooms. great for x 2 couples or a family. there is private gated parking too. the jet ski tour (1.5hours around the bay) was fantastic and we got to see dolphins. watching the sundown at mallory square, drinks on duval street, bike festival, great food.

Review 14：They don't have a system in place to receive Booking.com or anyThird Party Vendors reservations Automatically they must request a faxfrom the Third Party and wait for it to arrive and then manually loadit. They could not provide a receipt with the Third Party Price on it.Seven hours after making my reservation through Booking.com they stillhad not received or entered my reservation. I was left standing in thelobby with my children at 2am for 20 minutes while they contactedBooking.com, received the Fax and then booked the room. They staff leftmuch to be desired with their attitude.

Review 16：Smoking allowed almost everywhere on the premises is a deal breaker for us. It's not that we didn't know in advance; we just hoped it wasn't going to be as unbearable as it was. We're quite sensitive to it, so we won't be able to stay here again.

The receptionist was not service minden at all, she was really impatient. The hotel was a bit old too, it should be renovated, especially for this amount of money.

Also my room had the pool view ( which added salt to the wound) and I heard the construction in the early morning which was not good for resting in the morning. Not a good experience. Tried to change my room and was told no.

Review 68：I like that the rooms were nice, clean, spacious and well kept. The cleaning crew were Accessible for our needs(towels, soaps, etc) and were pleasant. The hard rock staff were all pleasant from valet, checkin, security and the restaurants.

Review 72：The room was great. The beds were very comfortable. The pool area was really nice. Spent most of the day there. Since we were there on a Wednesday night there wasn't much activity in the evening except for the casino. The casino seemed nice but didn't spend more than 30 minutes in it. Outside the hotel they have a very nice area where there are shops and restaurants and some nightclubs. It was pretty quiet there that night. We did however go to the Improv comedy club which is there as well and that was a lot of fun. All in all a good time was had by all.
