Review 1：The last morning of our trip the ceiling was leaking on me and woke me up at 5 am. When I went to the front desk to inform someone first of all she was sleeping on the couch. Secondly all she did was hand me some towels and say that was all she could do sorry. I said ok. Thinking that it's 5am and for some reason there isn't a manager on property?!?! Whatever. It wasn't even an hour later and the ceiling tiles fell. Thankfully me and the other woman that were under them had moved or they would have fell right on us. Apparently it was the toilet from the third floor that was leaking. One of the other employees said that the hotel said it was fixed weeks ago because they were having a bike rally that same week. Apparently they didn't fix it. They did moves us finally about 7:30am to another hotel because they didn't have any other rooms available. And they were supposed to refund 1 day, but it's been almost a month and I still haven't seen it. Not to mention the toilet in our room wasn't bolted to the floor. How safe can this place really be.

Also when the maid came around all they did was fix the bed and leave extra towels which is great but they didn't sweep and the floor was dirty. Also there was no microwave or safe in the room only a refrigerator.

The towels felt like sand paper and the shower head needs an upgrade. The tub was stained. The back steps were very worn out and seemed dangerous. The outdoor tables were lop sided. In the hallway the carpet was stained throughout. to get my room cleaned. I had to chase down the house keepers Over all it wasn't worth $300 a night.

Review 26：Econo Lodge took over this property some time after we made thereservation, but we weren't informed in time to cancel ourreservation without losing our $. The double bed was uncomfortable;bathroom tiny (no tub, shower only) and no towel racks, no clothinghooks, no dresser or place to hang clothes. To top it all off, there wasa leak from the 2nd fl into our room, which was on the 1st fl. It pouredto the extent the ceiling tiles buckled and it wasn't safe. That waswhen we decided it was best to cut our losses and head home. Verydisappointing. (Not to mention--don't believe the pics onBooking.com. Our rooms looked nothing like that!)

Review 29：Very close to the boardwalk & beach. The man at the front desk was extremely pleasant and very accommodating. The room was very clean. The pool was also very clean. I have stayed in many places in Seaside Heights and we definitely got a good deal on this one
Review 30：The bed had not been changed. When we asked for new linens, there were long strands of hair (definitely not ours) in them. The shower curtain was covered in mold, as was the tub and the window in the shower. The water did not go down in the shower. Cigarette smoke wafted in under our door, making all of our clothes smell from smoke for days after we left. The room itself was small, the bed springy and when we asked to check out early because we could not fathom staying more than one night, they gave us a hard time.

Review 44：The hotel is close to some nice eateries and a great mini golf course for kids. We didn't use the pool but it looked very clean, albeit a bit small. The rooms was clean, had fresh sheets, new air conditioners and a nice sized TV. It was perfect for our short stay and I would book again.
Review 45：There were a bunch of loud, drunk, young twenty year olds that decided to play music and drink on the porch after 11pm. We just turned on the ac so we couldn't hear them. Not the hotels fault though.
Review 46：The front desk was amazing. They let us use their parking lot until check in so we could spend the day at the beach since we got there early. The next day they also let us check out late so we could spend a few more hours at the beach before we left. The rooms were tiny but super clean. It was literally a five second walk to the boardwalk and they have discounts for the beach and water park.

The size of the pool is good for families with young children and/or weak swimmers because the maximum depth is five feet. Our room was as described and the hotel doesn't tack on any unexpected charges for things.

Also there was no cover on the toilet. and we needed a broom or something in the room to sweep up all the sand that was on the floor. Oh internet service was too slow and really non exsistant
