Review 1：I went inside and the guys who's was there was on the phone so I wait for 20 minutes and he fit even say give me a minute nothing like that so I decided to leave and not cheked in there

Review 3：Bed spread was slightly (bumpy) uncomfortable, but everything else was wonderful. Had nice workout facility, free breakfast, beverages available 24/7 at no additional costs (water, tea, juice, etc...). Rooms were nice. Great location; close to everything (walking distance from shops and restaurants even). Also directly across from our (my daughter and my) reason for the trip: to attend meetings at Hylton Memoral Chapel.

Review 5：The ice machine near the elevators gave off a loud buzzing sound, luckily my room was down the hall so I could not hear it. And oddly enough the back set of buttons in the elevator opened up to the staff area, I didn't realize how easy that would be.

Review 10：When I checked in the receptionist gave me a room that someonedidn't check out of yet. I walked in on someone. But she quicklyswitched my room, km sure it was a simple mistake. :)

Review 12：The lady at the front desk wasn't that welcoming. My mom and I arrived early in the evening and we already saw that there were only few cars parked outside, she still told us we could only get a 3rd floor room when I asked for higher floor and we had to pay extra $55 to get the top floor.

Review 13：I didn't have much expectation for breakfast but it was really good and the dining area was pretty big. However, there were a lot of people. I think if you go down there too late then you probably won't have a lot left.

Review 37：The rooms near the lift was not the best, you hear the lift movement every time the lift is being used. On the day l was leaving, l asked for a comprehensive bill and left my email address. The staff on duty that promised to attend to that request. Trust has been lost, it is more that a two weeks and l have not received it.

Review 42：When I was trying to get answers while checking in Charles was a bit rude and impatient. I have a mental handicap and truly needed help. It took me telling him a couple of times before he treated me with a semblance of respect but even then he just shoved the paper at my friend and walked away. I had to ask him to help me. I felt very disrespected and embarrassed.

Nice extra touches like folded swan from towels and candy on desk.Nice amount of towels left in bathroom and at vanity sink. My room had asmall fridge and microwave and coffee pot which made it nice to stay inand relax with my own food rather than tour the local restaurants. Myroom faced the front of the hotel and the evening sun hit just rightthrough the curtains. I did not mind the hallway nighttime noise as Iwas at the end of the hall.

Review 48：Nothing, the staff was not helpful. I tried to book 20 plus rooms for over 30 days and it took 2 two day and me talking to 5 people before I talked to the manager. Then he was so rude I decide to take mg bussiness esle where. ( across the street). I will never stay there again.

Review 49：There was a rather strong odor in the hallway and especially in our room,maybe from a cleanser. Though not unpleasant, it was irritating, and both my husband and I developed coughs.
