Review 1：Hotel is highly overpriced. The "normal" rooms for 140 euroare small and located on ground floor with most of them facing parkinglot. We had no choice and changed it to a room on second floor. Thereare the "business" rooms there. Those are much better and haveextra coach and balcony. We actually did not need anything of that, justwanted to stay away from people passing at the window and parked cars.The second floor room costs almost 170 euro per night. In comparison toother hotels, where we stayed, this is just a good room for two. Lightin the toilet is dark. My wife had problem to do makeup and for me itwas also dark to shave. Breakfast was ok, however it was not even closeto what you could expect for this price. No hot meals, even coffee inthermos was only warm. Definitely cannot recommend, unless they cut theprice. I would say, price is almost doubled in comparison to otherhotels of the same quality.

Review 11：The rooms were very comfortable, good size, no external noises, and cleaned each day to a high standard. Fittings are all new and well kept. Breakfast was more than adequate, lots of fresh fruit and excellent bread and confiture. Great location to visit all areas of Konstanz. We dined twice at the restaurant - not gourmet, but well prepared, hearty German fare. Very accommodating owner and staff.
