Review 1：The room wasn't ready when I arrived (which WAS before check-in time, so that wasn't a problem). I was told it would be ready in an hour. I went out to grab something to eat...when I returned an hour and a half later the room was not ready...took another 15-20 minutes for them to get someone up and clean it.

Review 3：The value gave me an opportunity to stay for 2 nights! It was so clean and the staff was so friendly! I will return. It may be an older property, and the spotless room made it seem like a palace.

Review 4：No elevator--we have physical challenges and were on the third floor. Desk clerk would not answer phone at night...the couple next door fought from 9:30p until 1:00a...and because desk would not take calls, we couldn't bring it to an end. Also, CD player wouldn't work. Remote for TV/CD player didn't work.

If you need all the extras of a 4-5 star motel, you better go elsewhere. Chances are you are allowing someone like me to have a better room at half the price of those 2-3 extra stars. The staff was great. The place is tucked off the highway and quiet. Except for the pounding ocean sound coming through an opened window.

Review 24：Get the room that we wanted we were supposed to get a king room on the ground floor and instead got a Queen room on the bottom for not very much room the floor was dirty and I was just very displeased will not be going back all you get is a bunch of saris for not having the right room and no discount for not having the right room

Review 25：The stairs are uneven. I fell on them at night. Called to notify the manager and he said if I had been paying attention, the stairs were painted a fluorescent color as a warning. There is no sign that says watch your step. It was dark and the step had a black tread on it. Manager was rude the next morning too. I asked for a refund and he laughed. He ended up crediting $30 back. Awful experience.

Review 28：We had a room with the jacuzzi in it and the wall was dirty. It was some kind of liquid that had ran down the wall and dried. It was definitely not a cleaning solution and it was very obvious(you couldn't miss it).

Review 60：Paper thin walls, hum of hot tub next door all night, barking/whining dog nearby, mattresses had "sink holes" from use over time, the inside of bathroom door had several very noticeable chips off the paint, the slate tile outside our door was never swept and had leaves and a lot of sand on them. Also, the chairs are very uncomfortable to sit in to watch TV, as are the beds. As an older couple who can no longer do many activities, we do watch a few hours of TV at night. Even one recliner would help. I realize these are not major issues, but they do make a difference. No breakfast.

If requesting a balcony know that there is no fly screen, nor any privacy if the curtains are open, since these are on the ground floor with people walking past, and if on the balcony you are in full view of others on their respective balconies next to you.

Review 110：The facility and management were great. We arrived and we were told thatwe did not have confirmed reservations. No rooms were available, theycalled some neighbor hotels and they were full also. They did upgrade usto a suite and saved our vacation.
