Review 1：The bathtub (would have preferred a shower); there was no extra shower head for the toilet, so I had to use the one from the tub, which was uncomfortable; the spa (they where not able to make a french manicure within two hours); though massage was quite ok

Review 2：The pool on the roof; the view from there, the breakfast buffet, the size and furnishing of the room (city view is not as nice as mountain view, but has less sun and the rooms are larger); got a free upgrade to the next room category

Review 3：Room is not worth the price, they start playing amenity music IN THE ROOM early in the morning and it was very noisy because they gave us a room right next to works being done next door. This hotel was the most expensive we went to in Vietnam and certainly the worst.

Check-in was so smooth and they had even arranged a beautiful birthday cake and flowers to the surprise of my hubby! Our special thanks to My An and Nhu Nhoc who had helped arranged all the interesting visits around Hue for us even to the very last morning, making our stay in Hue such a wonderful and memorable one. Am so glad to have decided on this hotel for our stay in Hue.

Review 34：I caanot think about a better choice of hotel for Hue. This place had all we needed. The room and the bed were most comfortable during our whole 3 weeks of holiday. Only there I could really sleep well. Room was also very quiet, big and clean. The breakfast was good and we could find good Asian options(for me) and also European type of food (for my boyfriend). All was very tasty. We also really liked the small swimming pool on the 11th floor. It was relaxing to swim a bit after a day of visiting the city. Everything was percect.

Review 35：A very nice hotel within walking distance to the Citadell and the dragonboats on the Perfume River. Really friendly staff that organised New Years (Lunar New Year) celebrations on the rooftop bar overlooking the fireworks. Excellent breakfast buffet.

Review 66：Central aircon is weak, almost no cool. Street is poor of lights in the evening with slacking youth and drug-dealers on motorbikes. You don't feel very safe there in the evening and night.

Review 78：I have been in the service industry for over 20 years and have never experienced such failure as the service we got from this hotel. To start off our Christmas vacation, our flight was three hours late. A half hour before we were supposed to originally land at the airport, we called and canceled the shuttle pick and our Christmas Eve buffet dinner. When we arrived at the hotel they were insistent that we not only pay for the shuttle service that we didn't receive, but pay for the Christmas Eve buffet dinner we didn't get. After some arguing and debate, I said either we don't pay for the shuttle and dinner or we will find another hotel. They eventually didn't charge us for it. This was only the beginning of bad service at the hotel. When we arrived in the room I was really hungry and ordered room service choosing from the picture on the front of the menu which was filet mignon. When I got it, it was cold and I felt like I was chewing on cardboard. I had my girlfriend try it as well and she felt the same. The next day the food poisoning started to kick in. Since I ate most of it she was only affected a little. We rested for the first two days to recover from the food poisoning. I wanted to get out of the hotel room on the third day and I was still having problems with the food poisoning but tried to make the best of my trip. We decided to get out of the hotel and rented a motorbike for the day. We came back before the half day mark because I was near vomiting and having a huge case of the chills. Though I was at the counter almost ready to get sick they still insisted that we pay for a full day ($10). Later we called them to have a doctor come and see me. After waiting over an hour we gave up. Our last day there was also spent in the hotel room still recovering from the food poisoning. When checking out the following morning after debating about paying for the full day of the motorbike rental, they finally gave in to the $5.

Review 90：Very hard beds. It is à hotel that seems to be used by tour operators à lot and therefore very crowded at breakfast. Also the refridgerator makes à lot of noise and also the rooms are very noise. At some times like in the morning when everyone wants to check out it is very busy and the staff doesn't have time to properly help you. Would not recommend this hotel.

Review 91：We went to the spa complex for sauna and jacuzzi, but were not told that the jacuzzi is not working before we went in. They did try to make up for it by offering feet massage afterwards.

Review 113：Fabulous hotel with everything we could ask for, spacious and well- appointed rooms....great location within easy five minutes walk to the busy restaurant streets of new Hue, and still close enough to walk to the Perfume River (10-15min). Rooftop pool was excellent as was the restaurant for breakfast (both with fabulous city/river views)-selection on offer to suit most tastes. Friendly staff all round especially in the restaurant.
