Review 1：on booking.com the room was booked at $102 they charged me $128 plus tax. the bed was not comfortable

Review 4：A very homey atmosphere with large comfortable rooms. The courtyard pool area was perfect to relax. The property managers are on-site and very attentive to our needs.

Review 7：I was greeted by manager and it was very pleasant and I will definitely stay there again and longer stay..I only had one night in room but I was very comfortable and slept very very well.
Review 8：We only stayed for 1 night and it was perfect for what we were looking for - short get away by the beach. Room was very clean and comfortable, owners were very nice (we only saw them at check-in). Property quiet and very nicely landscaped. Pool open all night and beach within 2 min walk.
Review 9：The room was very clean in some aspects, but dirty in others. The fan was caked with dust, there are weird stains on the walls, etc. No maid service. The shower and bathroom are laughably small. We set out our towels on a Sunday, because we forgot the policy that towels are not exchanged on Sunday, but somehow they were able to take our towels but not return them for the reminder of our trip? We spent 3 days drying off with hand towels.
Review 10：The location is perfect. The beach is pristine and many restaurants and attractions are within walking distance. It was nice to have the small kitchen, the full size fridge, and a table.

Review 12：I will definitely be coming back to this place when I visit Deerfield again, and I am telling everyone I know who visits to stay at this place! The person who runs it is super kind! It's not a big hotel, but it is perfect! It's like a small apartment complex, with a pool. It's very private and safe. The rooms are great, especially if you are a college student and cannot afford to eat out. It has a full kitchen, but mini sized. The best part is the shower! This place has a really nice shower. The water pressure isn't too high or low, it's absolutely perfect!
