Review 1：No really bad experience, but we'd prefer to have a dinner in a room with a fireplace and not in a room with cold LED lights. Prices were too high, but everything is expensive in Switzerland.

Review 2：Excellent location above the grand lake, beautiful traditional architecture, unique rooms with a touch of 70' camp design, excellent food and nice swimming pool. Free car parking and very kind and helpful staff.

Review 3：They told us it was lake view, but it was not, it was in the corner.. The breakfast is always the same.. I suggest to make a different..

Review 5：Dinner, long wait and really too many flies on the terrace. Limited pool times, opening too late in the morning. No insect screens in windows.

Review 8：Hotel: Great room with amazing view of the lake, especially the superior rooms. Cute and funny decors make the stay interesting. Loved the little balcony so you can sit and relax outdoors. We borrowed the bikes and rode down to the little beach area to go swimming. Plenty of parking. Restaurant: Dinner was great, the carpaccio was probably the best I've ever had and the wine prices reasonable. Breakfast was good with a variety of choices - the pretzel bread was amazing.

Review 11：The room was in need of an upgrade. Tiny bathroom and odd decor. A very old, small television. Not up to the standard of other Swiss hotels we booked at a similar price.

Review 13：- The bathroom was creepy a bit ! no doors ! need to be more isolated for privacy. I think your partner wouldn't like to share the sound effects in the bathroom :D - Pillows were not comfortable. - The dinner menu wasn't good as the dinning area. I think this place deserve better food.

Review 14：Simply .. everything was fantastic. We were in room number 6 (Venus), the extraordinary ideas inside and the design was crazy ! I liked the gondola cabin ! The view was stunning, facing the mountains, blue color lake and whole Brienz village down the hill. The best bed ever !! windows opened by a remote control and the bed pushed automatically to the balcony directly to the beautiful view. Unforgettable mornings. The bathtub in the middle of the room was a great idea. Breakfast lounge was cozy and well arranged. Nice breakfast. WiFi was good. Car parking was good and free of charge.

Review 15：* WI FI not reatch to the room ( Only in the Lobby ). * The bed is separated. after two hours sleeping with your wife the bed will move away by 50CM ( slide ) dut to the surface of bed and two bed connected togother. it is funny but it is truth .

Review 45：Room was obviously quite old and it was designed to be extraordinary. It didn't really bother us but a spinning bed is maybe too much even though it won't spin unless you want to. There was no wifi in the room. Spectacular views mean quite a climbing up the hill which might be a problem for someone who is not in that good shape. If you come by car it's no problem. I didn't realize that the location is so high neither were we aware that a family room actually had enough room for 4 adults and even a separate bedroom so we took two different rooms for 4 people. It would be nice if the hotel/booking.com had more accurate room descriptions so you would know what you can reserve.
