Review 1：Elevator was inoperative, strong odor of mold in the carpets, looks like no upgrades in 10 yrs. Request another room, very old inside and disgusting...Stayed (1) night instead of (3) nights, paid $30.00 extra for early cancellation...

Review 3：The room was out dated, shabby, tiny with no view at all. I might as well have been in Detroit not at the Oregon coast.

Review 5：The unfair pricing! I was afraid to turn on the gas fireplace. And the fusebox looked ancient. The whole place needs condemned. I took pictures to turn overto the Attorney General and the health department. Ill never rent there again.
Review 6：Not one thing. The place was a total dump! Closet doors kicked in. No vcr or blue ray. They dont tell you the pool is seasonal at booking. Floors were filthy. And you charge as much as any nicer establishment.
Review 7：Never stay in place that did not have coffee maker. Mattress must be 50 years old. Extremely noisy, can hear conversations from adjoining rooms. Way overpriced for what you get. Could have stayed at casino for less. If you want to stay at beach, pay a little more and stay somewhere else that is nicer. The Cozy Cove is the worst place I have ever stayed at. Usually don't do these survey, but this was a must do.

Review 9：No refrigerator. Your ice bucket is the refrigerator. Tiny claustrophobic room. Exposed light bulbs 24 inches above pillows! That has to be an overlooked safety hazard. Tiny bathroom. Very tiny. No closet. Just a bar to hang clothes on. Unrepaired cigarette burn on chair seat. Paper thin walls. You could hear TV from nearby rooms. Limited cable tv channel selections. Scary eclectic lobby. Parking could be very tight during peak season. stinky moldy room smell.

Review 11：It would have been much nicer to have a slightly later checkout time, maybe that could be an option at places. 11 am checkout is fine for a stop along the way but too early for a destination stay.
Review 12：Oceanfront rooms are large and have a nice patio through the sliding door for beach watching. And the big open door lets in surf sounds too! Plus there was a gas fireplace in the room. Yeah, the room showed its age but none of that took away from me enjoying my stay.

Review 15：The room it said was really old and dirty the pillows were all flat some if the towels had stain marks All over it, garbage ( wrappers) was all underneath the bed and only 1 small garbage in the bathroom should at least have another extra one in the room itself.

Review 19：first a rusty broken down ice machine.. no ice, pop machine takes your money but won't give you any drinks.. the elevator was broken down come to find out it's been inoperable for over a year now.. hardly any water in the Jacuzzi.. had to listen to 'RAP' music from neighbors until 2:30 a.m. then the were fighting, banging walls and throwing each other around until 4:30 a.m... hotel says it was booked and they were not.. called front desk to complain about fighting and noise.. no answer.. we have contacted the hotel to get a partial or full refund with no response at all.. will not recommend or stay at cozy cove again.. a big waste of hard earned money to go and try to relax there !
Review 20：Old TV - too small. Kitchen was dirty. There was a hole in the bottom of the bathtub and numerous stains in tub. No outside chairs on porch.

Review 24：This place is beyond dated. I'll bet is hasn't been updated in 20, maybe 30 years. No joke, even the beds and carpet. Yuk. The walls are paper thin. Pray that you're not next door to partiers or people who are very loud, it will feel and sound like they are in your room with you.

Review 56：The service was superb. We had a late check-in, and as it was so late, we were given a nice upgrade to a larger room as there were a couple unfilled rooms. Being an older beachfront hotel, you have to expect some outdated facilities, and Cozy Cove is no exception. Run for years by a mom and pop, it's obviously old, but clean, and well kept. The owner remembered my daughter and I from our previous stay 4 years ago!! They obviously remember their guests. They had a nice heated hot tub and pool outdoors. Again, this place is right on the beach, so access is great and the value can't be beat.

Bathroom dirty & moldy.Towels very small & thin. Maids smoking in breezeway & yell to each other while cleaning. Hot tub has broken/sharp tile that tore my bathing suit & water in hot hub was lukewarm. No screen on window.

Review 61：When I booked online they show pictures of what the room looks like I thought what I booked was in the pictures like a jetted tub but when we got there the room was small & out dated and no jettd tub. By the second night there was a ant promblem in the room, none of the ice machines worked so you had to go to the office for ice and I asked for a late check out and at least 4 times the cleaning people walked on our room even after I talked to the front desk that we where staying until noon.. And then to top it off they charged is twice on our card which became a hassle with overdrafts with our bank.
Review 62：the property is very old and rundown but it's very clean. It needs a lot of work. I was disappointed that the sliding glass doors were so caked with salt that you could hardly see out of them, since you're really there for the view when you pay for an ocean view room.

This is cabbage minutes been on this property forever yes it's a little outdated but to say that it's dirty filthy that is not the case we met a few people we seen a few rooms not one of them was dirty they were very clean sometimes when you're going just a right on the beach and have your patio or balcony open up to the amazing view you have to quit being so preppy suck it up enjoy the beach and the view most people who go to Lincoln City are going for leisure not going to spend the whole time they're there in their room which by the way was very comfortable and very clean

The second thing I like as we showed up 30 minutes early and our room was ready and we were allowed to check in 30 minutes ahead of time,and yes it's a little outdated but it's clean the sliding glass door out to the patio right to the beach the view amazing the price just perfect.

When inside, the door did not feel secure. The hairdryer was broken. Stains on the bed sheets. Not sanitary! It took aboutliterally 3 hours to heat up the room and the heater was rusty andmolded. The elevator was still not working for nearly 2 months. Therewas mold on the shower door and the chairs were filthy. Did not feelsafe. We did not want to stay the one night because of all the issuesand wanted a refund but she didn't allow us to. Do not stay here!

Review 116：We experienced a sudden change of rooms due to a natural gas leak. The fumes were nauseating very quickly. This was about 6 ish in the morning. I thought a evacuation was called for as a safety measure. I'm afraid staff didn't react the way I expected. They seemed familiar with this problem ;(. Although they did say it was the worst they had experienced. We were later told that there was a split pipe? In the laundry area. Never was sure who was called to fix it.
